Broke after 75 days…
To be determined… received a new CovePure CO-16 unit. Our family has enjoyed using this unit, until it stopped working, 75 days after purchase. Customer service is in Philippines, and they said unplug and re-plug about 5 times. Try running warm water through it. No luck. After an hour on the phone, they are sending a replacement unit. So, we love it when it works. We’ll see how the second unit works…

Last January (2025), my family and I purchased the Cove Pure CP-16 for our daily drinking water needs. To say we thoroughly enjoyed our CP-16 and the water it provided would be an understatement! We were so impressed with the CP-16 and the water it purified! Last month (May), we started to experience some problems with our CP-16. We contacted Gale at Cove Pure and he immediately helped us! Gale was excellent in his knowledge of the CP-16 and in helping us! Gale sent us another CP-16 and our problems were resolved! Gale provided us with the best possible customer service and we highly recommend Cove Pure for they are an outstanding company with outstanding products! You can't go wrong with Cove Pure!"

My review
I did lots of research before pulling the trigger. Not only is this the best looking countertop RO filter IMO, their lab results are also impressive. My only complaint is that I need to refill this every few days, wish I could run a line to the machine to avoid the hassle

I'm really pleased with my CovePure…
I'm really pleased with my CovePure machine. Our tap water used to have an unpleasant chlorine smell and taste, but since I started using this machine, it's completely gone. Even my dogs enjoy drinking the water now!
I will definitely be a lifelong customer. :)
