I requested a sample to try to match up our wallpaper after having a riadorator removed, we never received the sample so I am not impressed.

All of our samples are sent through Royal Mail post and on occasion they can go missing, which is something that is unfortunately out of our control. I am sorry you feel this misunderstanding warranted a 1 star review.

I ordered online from Ireland. Items coming from U.K. so small customs charge. Despite this and a postage charge, pricing very reasonable compared to purchasing here in Ireland! My order was delivered a few days later - in good condition. I had a few queries during the process and found Customer Service very responsive and prompt in replying. I would definitely recommend.
