Very professional company.
Ordered my large roll of Wallrock Thermal liner and paste etc. on a Tuesday and it was there the next day. Delivered carefully by Royal Mail. The price was great and everything was done professionally.
Will definitely be using this company again.

The shipment came in two parts because…
The shipment came in two parts because of the awkwardness of the sizes, the courier lost the second part, Cover Your Wall shipped second part again immediately (naturally the first second part turned up after the second second part!). The paper and paste are just fine.

Continually positive results
I was able to make a repeat purchase with ease. The items were sent together and faster than expected which was brilliant, resulting in them arriving 2 days later.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your Free sample has not arrived with you, if you had informed us of this we could have sent a replacement out for you straight away. All of our samples are sent through Royal Mail post and on occasion they can go missing, which is something that is unfortunately out of our control. I am sorry you feel this misunderstanding warranted a 1 star review.

The product and delivery were fine , but I changed the job I was planning , so I chose to return product , this was easy and refund issued. The customer service were professional and prompt. would use again. Thanks.
