Thank you for your review. We do state on our website that any Export orders may be liable to pay customs/import duties. Your order contained 13 rolls and for this particular pattern we can only comfortably get 9 rolls in a box, so to ship it to you we had to place the order into 2 boxes.

Lack of communication didn't even know you'd received order no tracking information , so just had to wait see if it arrived, always had some sort of information from ordering on line before apart from yourselves

Excellent Service
Cover Your Wall provided samples of wallpaper completely free. This made a big difference to us as we found it difficult to imagine the scale of each pattern. The service we received was outstanding and their communications regarding order confirmation and package tracking were excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.
