Communication through text was very accurate to tell me when courier would arrive with the test. Courier was very courteous and test was straightforward to do. I then gave the sample back to the courier and the result was emailed to me within 3 hours - I think it actually took about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Completely satisfied with service and would definitely recommend it to others. So convenient to be able to do a PCR test from home and have the results so quickly.

Hi I had mistakenly ordered the 24 hour test instead of 3 hour Rapid ...CHT staff was amazing and re organised it and I only had to pay the difference ..the tests were executed efficiently and in a timely manner . Many thanks .

Wow! I was a ball nerves worrying about how I was going to get tested to go back to the states. Found CHT and they were amazing every step of the way. They promptly answered any questions or concerns I had and an associate even stayed on the phone with me until I was able to find my courier at the hotel. My results came within an hour of pickup and I was super impressed. My boyfriend wasn’t too happy with the price but piece of mind and convenience are priceless in my book! Will def book again on my next visit.
