I brought a cozy dog paw bed , which I have yet to receive, I purchased the bed in 2 xl and have emailed them with proof of purchase 29/11/2022 , I have been totally ignored shame on you scanning people out of money is a disgusting act by your company

I also paid for a dog bed which I never received, this is disgusting, why isn’t something being done about this so called company?

SCAM company. I also ordered the Dog Paw bed for my new pupply Jan3, it said shipped, never recieved.
When i went to tracking, no company found. so i guess they finally shut the website down. Pure evil.

Total Scam! How this website is still even up and able to sell is infuriating to me! There is review after review about no one receiving their items. I ordered a dog paw bed in December 2022 and this is March of 2023. Never received it! When trying to email the company my emails bounced back to me. It makes me also not trust Shop pay because I could not get my money back from them as well and they used their site to promote this site. If I knew how to report this company and that it would take them down off any sites to sell on, then please let me know.

I ordered a small paw dog bed, dog coat and mystery box 20DEC23. Said shipped 23DEC23. Never received!! Only e-mail to customer service - no phone contact. Today is 08MAR23 and still no word from this FRAUD! Would not answer my e-mail request for merchandise sent in JAN23 - tracking only states it's been shipped on 23DEC23. Disputing with Credit card, who said shipper denies wrong doing that items shipped and they are forcing me to pay for items/goods never received! This company is a FRAUD - do not order from them, you will never receive goods and be charged !!

This site is a scam I never received my order and I disputed it with my credit card company and I don't know what kind of fake paperwork they sent them but I didn't get a refund it's a shame a Minnesota company is so dishonest I wish I would have looked up the reviews it's only 23 dollars but still ,no pics of the order at my door ect, again DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT SAYS BAD IN BOLD LETTERS ON REVIEWS, SHAME ON COZY COVE AND THERE DISHONESTY

I order a dog bed in November and never received it , i also emailed the company and they said shipping was delay and now it's March and nothing they ripped me off

Total scam. Never received my pet bed. Tried to email their support but the emails continue to come back undeliverable.

Ordered a cat bed for my sister's cat for Christmas....It never was delivered, or according to Cozy it was delivered on such a date, but as per tracking # signed by a person who is not me and who is a receptionist at a front desk!!!! I live in a house....I have no intentions of paying bill for merchandise not received....This company or whatever it is,is a total, total scam...Bitten once, twice shy, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Total scam goods never arrived and you now can't get through to them

Ordered 2 xxl cave beds in Nov nothing arrived Raised dispute with bank still no joy Tried to load webpage comes up don't exist steer well clear of them

I was taken by this company. I ordered a bed it was charged to my credit card but I never received the product. I received an email asking for a review and I replied I could not review something I had never received. I then tried to email them about the transaction and now the email will not go thru. I am having the credit card company reverse the charge

Scammers. Quick to debit bank account, but no delivery on a dog bed. Shame on you, Cozy Cove. Don’t mess with pet owners.

I did not receive the dog beds that I paid for. I reached out to the company without a response.

I hate people like this. You know people who can’t find a honest job so they ave to scam other people..and it is over the holidays. It’s just sad. So I am taking legal action and I suggest you all do the same. I have convictions.

Total scam bought a bed 3 months ago no bed no response to any emails do not buy from these people

I also ordered a dog bed for my little dog and have never received anything from this company except a request to rate their product. How can you rate something that you never got. What a scam. Order#15091 where is it?????

I'm with ya guys. I ordered the bed for my baby boy and nothing, no response, no shipping number. Fortunately I'm only out 18 bucks and there's no use contacting the bank for fraud because then I'll have to put a stop on my card and wait for another one.
