Scam! Takes money and no product!

Orderded 23 November still no delivery says in transit

Have contacted support at Cosy Cove numerous times

NO REPLY

JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONEY

Scam... don't let them take your money!!

I purchased a bed and duvet set on 1/13/23 with the charge for $62.90 posting to my credit card on 1/14/23. I received two emails: one confirming the order, and another stating that the order was shipped but a tracking number wasn't provided. I emailed their support email (support [at] cozycoveshop [dot com]) on 1/27/23 and just this morning (1/28/23) received a bounce-back email from Gmail stating that the email did not send. You can search for Cozy Cove via Google and it'll come up as a result, but if you try to navigate to the website, it doesn't exist anymore. I've notified my credit card company and hopefully, they can open an investigation and refund me, but please do NOT fall for this. I came across the site via a Facebook ad as others have mentioned. It's a very convincing link to apparently what is a scam website.

Ordered a cat tree in November. After no delivery I emailed them. Got a reply saying there was a delay due to Christmas. But I’d already gotten an email saying the order was sent in November. Then last week got an email saying FedEx had delivered it in December. Followed up with FedEx and tracking code Cosy Cove had provided was for a delivery to a company. Clearly this must be annoying delivery companies too as no doubt they are getting numerous emails like mine tracking incorrect orders. How are Facebook/Instagram allowing these scam companies to advertise. 😡😡😡

I echo everyone else's experience. SCAM. Numerous emails and messages. 0 response. They just wrote asking for a review as if it had been delivered. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered 23rd of November. After a ridiculous amount of emails, I finally got a reply stating it will be delivered the following week. ( this was last week) the tracking number they provided states it was delivered. Rang delivery company, they said that the address that it was delivered to, did not match my address. Total crap, total scam. 😡🤬

Scam! Ordered dog bed 11/28 and never received ... no tracking provided, hasn't responded to any of the 10+ emails.

Scam company. They sure took my money quick, but no dog bed and they won't answer emails to customer support. Chat is a joke, there's no one there. Don't buy from these people. You'll just be out your money. I ordered on Jan 1st, 2023. FaceBook needs to take their ads down.

Same as everyone else. Never received the beds I ordered. Do not fall for this scam like I did. Order #13723 ordered on 12/30/2022

Unfortunately I too never received the item and am being ignored when asking for updates. I wish I had read the reviews first. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed my order, paid for my order,but never received my order. I've sent their customer service contact (email) at least four messages, but have received no reply. Then, they have the audacity to email me and ask me to review their product!! I sent them another message and told them that I'd be happy to review the product IF/WHEN I actually receive their product!! Facebook should not allow "companies" like this on their Marketplace; they clearly have no "community standards"! I will be contacting the BBB, and possibly the Attorney General in their State, too, to file a complaint and to get my money back. I would advise STRONGLY to NOT order from this company. After reading other reviews, it seems like their "norm" does not coincide with their company's proclaimed timeline for someone to contact you about any issues you might have. I've been waiting weeks for a reply to just my first email. They should get ZERO stars.

I ordered a dog bed January 1, 2023 and have not received it. Sent many emails and nobody replies.

The company is disgusting I didn't get my order and no refund don't reply 2 emails the worst site on Facebook I will tell everyone NOT 2 USE THIS COMPANY U WONT GET ANYFIN DISGUSTING

Should be a -5 star!!!! Same as everyone else took my money quick enough. 2 months on still no dog bed 😡😡😡 rip off company now trying to get my money back. I like the auto message box please message will get back to you in a few days!!! I’ve been messaging & emailing & never had a single reply other than the automated ones. I’m so angry that they keep getting away with it & can still advertise!!!!!!

I ordered my dogs bed end of December whilst holidaying in the USA . Was sent an email saying parcel has been shipped took the money nothing since I’ve emailed company numourous times regarding up date to no avail totally shambles of a company probly won’t even get a dogs bed as it’s probly a scam . People do not order from this company .

Did not receive my dog bed definitely a scam been waiting since November got a tracking number for it but FedEx have never heard of the tracking number or my name and address I did get 2 e-mails from cozycove saying it had been held up due to Xmas but definitely realise I am now going to be out of pocket and my wee dog doesn't have a new bed 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a dog bed on January 5, 2023. The money came out of my account. I received an initial confirmation email from Cozy Confirming purchase of the dog bed. After that a week went by and I never received an update stating if my order was ever shipped. I tried contacting the company and they don’t have a number where you can reach them. The website states that you can chat with someone concerning your order, however you just receive an auto response telling you to stay online (and wait) or they will email you a response asap. Neither ever occurred. I never received any response. I then tried to email them through the support email (listed on the website) and that was a failure as well. I still have not received a dog bed or a refund on my money!
