They are scammers and just take your hard earned money, The site is now down and they are gone.

I also ordered 2 dog beds on Dec. 9, 2022 and they still have not arrived. I keep sending e-mails but they do not answer and the tracking information is not updating. I have asked for a refund, but again no reply.
This is a scam!!!

I ordered 5 dog beds in Nov . Still not here . I now see this is a complete scam . The real company is Cozy Cave !!!!! At first they emailed and asked I’d be patient … then nothing !!!

Same as everyone else. Bought two Cozy Cove dog beds, back on 12/11/22. Received an email from them stating the order was on it's way 12/16/22. Today is 1/22/23 and we still don't have them. Now their website is down and I have not received any replies to my emails. SCAMMERS!!!!

Very similar experience as others. Ordered dog bed, but it was never received. I will be reporting them as well.

Total scam! Fraudulent transactions. They take your money and ignore your emails and won’t provide tracking. This company needs to be shut down.

Ordered dog bed late December and no sign of it. No responses to any e mail. I ve now reported this as fraud with my bank who will refund and pursue the company. Total scammer!!

I ordered a dog bed from cozy cove Dec 30th 2022 and never received it. I requested a tracking number several times and never heard back. Not there site is shut down. I'm out my money and dog bed. Flipping scammers I hope you rot in hell! Karma will find you!

I ordered 2 dog paw beds. I have emailed them 3 times in which they responded the first 2 times and asked me to be patient and they were behind on orders. The third time they have not answered me. When I try to go on their website, it says to “come back later” and “unavailable.” This is BS! How can they be getting away with this! They will be reported!

I orderd a cat exersice wheel from Germany on 15th December. I got a delivered ok for 19th Dec. on there side.

COZYCOVE IS A SCAM! Their website is now non-existent! I ordered a cat-wheel in November, it never arrived! They even sent me an email stating it was in transit. All lies! I sent many emails and still no response. Now their website is gone!

Did not receive 2 beds I bought, no customer service or website even. Big big scam and goes under different names. Please read reviews prior to ordering anything on Facebook. Disgusting how Facebook doesn t catch these scammers. My retirement pension gone, my stupidity. Please do not buy any dog beds as they r using different names to advertise.

I ordered de 13th 2022 it's Jan 21 2023 and they said it was delivered showed pic of package on step. Wrong house called fed ex said label didn't have my address correct. It was completely diff then my address and know im blocked from web site. Total scam.

They got $50.99 on December 30th. Never communicated or sent two dog beds I ordered.

SCAMMERS! I ordered a doggie bed in November and here we are in January. I sent an email and only received a message saying be patient. Now I read all these reviews and I’m so pissed off that these people are taking money away and nothing has been done!

Ordered and paid. Said almost right away it was on the way. No tracking number. Wrote them twice and never heard back.Ordered 2. They were person Size dog beds for people. They made their site sound like they were great at customer service but then I saw reviews and every one says they are frauds and never got their order.
