Amazing experience with this seller, I needed to order quite a lot of clay and their cusomer service was truely one of a kind keeping me updated throughout - my order was packaged immediately & delivered next day. It arrived in good packaging and in a well organised manner that made it really easy for me to unpack. Even after delivery they checked in to ensure everything was ok with my order. Delivery was so quick! I’ve struggled getting good quality clay and the box came and I can feel that the clay is good as it’s softer than the ones I had been purchasing! Had a lovely little thank you inside too! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again ☺️

Craftcellar are great! they have what I want, and ordering is easy, convenient and fast. Their staff are friendly and always understanding. I will never stop doing business with them.

They posted out the items quickly. I had great issues with the courier, which is not Craft Cellar fault at all. Craft cellar was amazing in responding, supporting and helping to try and get the order to me. Cutting a long stressful story short, the order came in the end.

I cannot fault this company and they have taken on feedback of using a different courier provider.
