I ordered a set of boots from WorkBoots.com on 3/22. I received an email stating the boots were in stock and would ship immediately. That email was followed by another stating the order would take longer because the boots wern't in stock on 3/24 and would not ship until mid-April. So I cancelled the order and was promised a refund. Later on 3/24 I was told the order had shipped. Now I have to deal with their returns process. I'd be surprised if I ever get a refund. Avoid this mess and buy from a local retailer or directly from the manufacturer.

I ordered a pair of boots their website showed as "in Stock". After I ordered and paid I was sent a notification that due to high demand there might be a delay. After 2 weeks of waiting and no communication I called them to find out if my boots had been shipped. I was told by the customer service rep that my boots were out of stock and the manufacturer would ship in 5 more weeks. I asked the represent if she was aware the BBB shows her company as Out of Business. She said she was not, but that the company has been sold to Gauls LLC.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a pair of boots. They sent the wrong boots, which was clear based on the included receipt. I then had to follow their return policy which included the need to send proof of their mistake. After a long and complicated return process, I was then strung along for a month waiting on the correct product to be sent. I only received updates if I reached out, and finally 5 days past their own deadline they delayed the order by an additional four months. At this point I cancelled the order completely and am awaiting a refund, which of course takes several days. This company is selling a premium product at a premium price and backing it with the worst customer service imaginable. It’s a shame that they have a such a good standing on google, but as I was unable to leave a review i believe it to be a fabricated rating. Buyer Beware!

I ordered a pair of boots on 12/2/25 never came no email no update, called on Dec 30th was told they would ship on 1/1/26 again nothing has shipped. Was charged for the boots.

ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift, they didnt come in for the day and i finally emailed them yesterday (1/6) and i have been told that the boots i ordered and no longer available and is canceled from inventory. so now they have created a ticket to get my order canceled and they will let me know when that is complete. seems sketchy...

Do NOT order from this website! I placed an order on November 16, 2025 for a Christmas gift. It is now December 31 and no gift and no communication from this website that there would be a delay in my order. I’ve sent multiple emails with very little correspondence back and absolutely no resolution! I’ve called several times and got the runaround.

Ordered work boots on 11/25, didn’t arrive until 12/19. The wrong size was sent (ordered 11.5 xwide, received 15EEE). Had previously called before the wrong boots were sent to see when they would arrive and didn’t get a confirmation on that. When I called back after wrong sized boots arrived it didn’t even show on their end that they had shipped at all. Now I have to wait until it shows on their end that the boots have shipped to start the return process. Then I’ll have to wait at least a week for them to receive the wrong boots to start my refund and however long that takes additionally. Needed these boots well before 1/6/2026 so I could work them in before I head out of state for a month for work. So now I have to fork up another $250 (cost of boots from work boots.com) to have a pair of boots for my work trip and I’ll have less time to get them worked in good. Just pathetic.

Ordered boots and spent extra for express 3 day delivery, and received 7 days later, ordered a half size larger than i normally wear and they were too small, so i processed for a return and a larger size, sent boots back and they have had them for 10 days already according to Fedex tracking, still no contact from them that they have received and are processing the replacements, so i called, they didn't even look up my order and told me that could take 2 weeks to get an email saying they had received the return and are processing the replacement boots, then would take at least another 2 weeks to get the replacement boots size. I will never purchase from them again.

Do not order from this website. I placed an order for a pair of boots as a Christmas gift on 11/27. Website stated the shipping would be 5-7 business days. I called on 12/15 and spoke to Nicole at their customer service line and was told they will not ship until 1/8/26. I asked if I could change the address they were going to ship to and was told they could not do that. Will not be ordering from this website ever again. Posting review to hopefully save others from using this website...

12/7 ordered 2 pair of boots(labeled in stock) 12/9 the money was taken out of my account, 12/10 got an email saying order was canceled (unspecified) I called the number, was on hold for an hour, talked to Marie and she handed me off to some guy, I explained to him the situation and I cancels the shipment(he said it was all taken care of) 12/12 I got an email said the shoes had been sent. Long story short they are incompetent! Waiting for the customer service dept to open (probably to sit on hold again) this company is horrible! Do not give them your business! Go to Amazon instead, they have the same products and are cheaper! Terrible experience! Never again!

This place sucks, thought it was a scam, customer service sucks. I ordered boots October 22. No emails no up dates, nothing i called the 8th business day, they be shipped out that week. Was they NO! I called every 5 or so business days. Finally get them almost a month later. Two pairs! I thought well with all the back and forth and been nice to them when I called, they sent second one free. 2-3 weeks LATER I get email. They messed up and for me to send the other ones back or be charged for them. Like hello yall waited that long to say oops we f up send back or pay! Not my fault!

When I made my order it said I would receive my boots in 3 to 4 days so after 5 days I call them they told me that the 3 to 4 days was after the boots where sent out not after they were processed or ordered. I ordered them November 27th with a 3 to 4 days delivery well its December 5th and they just arrived. U would do better to order through Amazon. You know where ur package is and when it will arrive. Customer service is not good with Workboots. I do not recommend buying from them!

Absolute circus. I ordered a pair of boots on 10/20/25. By business day #8 (10/30), they still hadn’t shipped, so I emailed for an update. Only then was I told the boots wouldn’t ship until 11/19, which was never disclosed on their website. They asked if I wanted to cancel. I replied yes on 10/31.
Their website wouldn’t even let me cancel because it claimed my order number “didn’t exist.” On 11/4, they told me a ticket was submitted to cancel and I’d be notified once the vendor confirmed it. Sounds great, except they still shipped the boots anyway and I received them on 11/10. The packing slip had a pick date of 11/7, which means they processed the shipment after I already canceled.
Then it took until 11/14 just to be allowed to create a return label, and they first tried to make me pay for it. A prepaid label was finally sent on 11/15. I shipped the boots back on 11/18. FedEx shows they were delivered early in the morning on 11/20.
They completely ignored the return until I emailed again on 11/26. That same day, they suddenly “found” the return and claimed my refund was processing, except the paperwork referenced a different order number than my actual purchase. Then on 12/1 I was told they were keeping part of my money as a restocking fee, even though this started because they failed to cancel an order they admitted shouldn’t have shipped.
After more than a month of delays, contradictions, and basic incompetence, I accepted the short refund just to be done dealing with them.
This was one of the dumbest, most disorganized customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Slow shipping, broken cancellation system, terrible communication, and a completely botched return and refund process.

Ordered work boots on November 6th and the website still says processing after 20 days. I called several times and tried to cancel but was told that Reebok has to do that on their end since they are shipping directly. She said that this happens a lot with Reebok and I asked while would you still use them if this makes your company look bad and her response was because they offer the boots cheaper to the consumer. Not true, I went with Workboots.com because it claimed to have my size, well I will never use this company again...

This place customer services is the worst. Do not buy from this people. They offer shipping between 5-7 days and my order was placed a month ago and it is not being shipped yet. The explanations are not logical and basically you get no other results than getting more aggravated with every call to customer services.

This place is a scam!!!!! Ordered boots, after 2 weeks of hearing nothing about shipping, I contacted them via email. Emails come in a few days after with all kinds of excuses when website said they were in stock. Been dealing with trying to get a refund for a month now. Called them, what a joke, on hold forever, lady that answered couldn’t help, a call back a few days later saying process is started, 1 week in and still nothing. Luckily I filed fraudulent charges to my card and got money back that way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
