If you have any issues, the owner is very responsive on Instagram, and she is wonderfully helpful. The customer service is second to none. My order was packed lickity split and was with me within a couple of days. It was packed beautifully too. I have not one bad word to say, highly recommended.

I started using the craft cellar the beginning of this year and I can tell you the customer service is fabulous delivery is quick and she stocks the latest colours in sculpey too the prices are really good I used to buy clay in bundles from anywhere but ever since I discovered the craft cellar she is my only one stop shop for clay now because it's always fresh and delivered quick

I'm brand new to polymer clay & it was nearly over before I started, (because I was trying to create things using a clay I had purchased from somewhere else & wasn't the real stuff), but I then came across Craft Cellar! Craft Cellar gave me such great advice, guided me with options of clay that would be suitable for my needs. The customer service from Natalie, the owner of CC was absolutely 5 stars and more, something that is rare to find nowadays! I received my clay and am super happy with it. I'm now enjoying creating jewellery and playing around with new techniques. Seeing that Craft Cellar sells all sorts of bits relating to polymer clay, I will for sure be shopping from there as my first choice. CC has a fantastic large choice of colours in different brands to choose from too which is great as feel confident to purchase again and try out more. I don't usually leave many reviews online but with so many dodgy unhonest sites out there, Craft Cellar is more than deserving of being mentioned as an honest, helpful & having a legit stock of craft goods.
