I went from not even knowing you could request a specific number, to getting all the options back and purchasing it, in a matter of 24hrs. Very speedy service, and I now have a great number (my childhood landline number - burned in my brain). A PAC code came across sooner than expected and I'm up and running seamlessly! Tip - if you want to pick last 7 digits of a mobile number, search for the last 6 and its likely the missing number will appear in the list of suggestions given.

I was a little hesitant to start with and called the company to make sure it was legitimate. I picked a unique number and it was seamless from start to finish although the number I chose was a little bit expensive. Communication was very good either by telephone or email. Transferring the new number to my network provider was also easy with the required information given. I am subsequently using my new number and would like to thank the company for their reliable service.

I was initially a bit hesitant about using this company, but my experience turned out to be very positive. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. My husband and I were able to choose two numbers that we really liked, and they were delivered as promised. Setting them up on our phones was straightforward once we had accounts with our network provider. While personal-choice numbers are definitely a luxury, I’m happy with the purchase—it’s a unique touch that feels special.

Horrendous service from this awfully run, joke of a company!!

I ordered and paid for a new number from Create Numbers on April 8th and received it a matter of days later.

After discussing with my network provider about replacing my existing number with the new one I had purchased, they said they were unable to do this.

I quickly contacted Create Numbers by email to request a refund, as I was still within my ‘right of withdrawal’ period. They quickly responded asking the name of my network, to which I replied that at this stage, I just wanted a refund.

I heard absolutely nothing back for a couple of weeks and therefore decided to contact them on WhatsApp. By this time, it was now 25th April. Again, they quickly responded saying the case had been escalated and that I should hear back by early next week (week commencing 28th April).

After not having heard anything back from them by 7th May, I decided to send another WhatsApp. This time I was outright ignored.

I contacted them yesterday (19th May) to see what was going on and was EVENTUALLY able to get through to someone, who told me that the issue had been dealt with already after my first correspondence with them and that my refund should be with me in 5 days from now.

Do not trust these money grabbing con artists. If you experience any problems, they will make their biggest efforts to avoid helping!!!!

I think you would earn a better living as an o2 customer service representative, as it sounds like you know their jobs better than them. I was told there was absolutely no way around it, by three different members of their team. Either you know something they don’t, or you’re just making up lies to cover your appalling business.

I thank you kindly for your ‘gesture of goodwill’, that I had to waste so much of my time in order to receive. Had I not fought for this refund after having been completely ignored by your company (more than once), I wouldn’t have seen a penny back.

I will be spending the lot on things to support my mental wellbeing, after being so deeply affected by your very hurtful comments (LOL)

Great company with excellent communication. I must be honest and say i was a little dubious when ordering my number, i was told by tesco mobil that retrieving my old number which i had for 17 years was nigh on impossible, then after a short search found the number on Create Numbers, so i had a punt fully expecting to loose my money to a scam or something, i couldn't have been more wrong, they always responded to my emails and answered my calls, the process took around 10days with clear instructions what to do.
