Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service. Quick to reply. Knowledgabke on products.
Watch straps were exactly what I wanted and awesome colours. Spot on with sizing

Phone covers too big for phone…

Phone covers too big for phone specified for so not fit for purpose and colour ordered not sent. Refund process followed however Parkfields not responding . Looking like a scam company.

False advertising

False advertising
I ordered a leather iPhone case but what arrived was plastic. As simple as that. The price of $36 plus postage indicated that it would be leather, plastic ones here begin at six dollars. It was just a rear case, no front cover. It will be interesting to see if this review gets published and even more interesting to see if I get a refund.

We've reviewed your order and chat history with our support team, we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the case you ordered

It does state on the product description that the material is Vegan friendly faux leather and not genuine leather. We do have genuine leather cases available but most of our cases are now manufactured using more ethical materials

As we couldn't offer the case you wanted in genuine leather, your order was refunded in full
