Just under 3 years ago i brought a company i worked for. We won a big order 350 k, we lost this order because Creditsafe gave us a poor rating, 3 years later we have trippled our profitability through turnover we have refurbed our offices and showrooms, and we are continously getting offers to sell. Creditsafe were detrimental to our business. I relay this story to all that come to see us. We are just finishing our biggest most profitable project yet.

Had the need for a reliable credit reference agency for a long time, and have been working with some for equally the same time.. however since we made the switch to Creditsafe UK they have been by a long distance the very best, and this was reaffirmed by the great work and support we always received to any enquiry or question from Mr Dale Rosser our Account Manager, he is a credit to the company and a talent to be retained! We would have no hesitation in recommending Creditsafe UK and Dale Rosser to anyone searching for a great and reliable credit reference agency. Really is a look no further situation!

These guys are obvious amateurs, they have given out our business phone no to numerous what i can only presume as credit chasers, the no they have given is a totally different business to us, we constantly get harrassed and my next level is i will complain to the ombudsman, for those that are paying this company to chase down the right company i wouldn't bother

Wow! An absolute credit to the company. Was clear concise and explained everything without trying to dazzle us with sales speak.
Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to offer further ways to help us. I didn't ask, but assume he must be head of the department or in a managerial position as he dealt with us so professionally. I hope the company appreciates his hard work, and gives him a well deserved pay rise and promotion in the not so distant future.

I received a call after requesting information of my business credit report and spoke with Aaron Davies who was informative and knowledgeable. He was insightful and professional throughout and although I didn't take advantage of the services he offered, not right timing, I was left with the sense of speaking to a seasoned salesman who asked for the order and left a positive impression.

The team is more sales oriented than service.
They focus on sales and you only get to hear from them during renewal. Also, the data is not updated, so many wrong numbers and old information.

Looks like a good idea, but once you've used your 200 checks which you pay £180 a month for. They harass the life out of you wanting you to purchase more. Don't follow instructions not to contact. I am currently writing a complaint.
