Quickly provides upto date information

This service has been crying out for an App for years and you still haven’t done it. I’ve had logging in issues for years, something an App would easily resolve

The information we get from Creditsafe is very good and the spreadsheet subscription is so useful. This would have been a five star rating if it wasn't for the appalling lack of contact when emailing our relationship manager. Fortunately, we do not have the need to send queries or raise an issue very much, but when we have, there has been no reply. Still waiting for a reply to my email sent nearly two months ago.
