Creditsafe UK Opiniones

Always been pleased with the product and all the assistance we receive from our Account Manager - who receives an A* on his own!

The customer support service is very helpful whenever I have an enquiry, with a reasonable response time to my enquiry. Very satisfied with the service they offer.

Customer Support is Excellent. Was supported all through the buying process. Simple and effective to use.

Really happy with the service and advice we receive from Credit Safe. Our Account Manager, Graham, took the time to understand our Business and suggest a package and products that work for us. Great customer service, great product, great experience.

Easily accessible key Company information and credit rating is a general guide to health of a business.

Just under 3 years ago i brought a company i worked for. We won a big order 350 k, we lost this order because Creditsafe gave us a poor rating, 3 years later we have trippled our profitability through turnover we have refurbed our offices and showrooms, and we are continously getting offers to sell. Creditsafe were detrimental to our business. I relay this story to all that come to see us. We are just finishing our biggest most profitable project yet.

Had the need for a reliable credit reference agency for a long time, and have been working with some for equally the same time.. however since we made the switch to Creditsafe UK they have been by a long distance the very best, and this was reaffirmed by the great work and support we always received to any enquiry or question from Mr Dale Rosser our Account Manager, he is a credit to the company and a talent to be retained! We would have no hesitation in recommending Creditsafe UK and Dale Rosser to anyone searching for a great and reliable credit reference agency. Really is a look no further situation!

Our account manager Sarah Lewis was helpful and friendly.

Great service, really easy to use. Book training as soon as I'd signed up. Excellent customer service team. Can't fault the onboarding process and the quality of the product.

I spoke with Andrew Ashcroft who was very informative and helped massively. He was very professional and helped us out very quickly, offered us a tailored package that's right for our business and even didn't mind our little daughter making some noise in the background of the call!

Thanks Andrew!

Great way to check out new potental customers

Excellent service from Sandra throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The setup was straightforward, and the platform provides valuable insights that will help us make more informed credit decisions. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The customer service experience was great - Evan took the time to set us up with a temporary account and went through comparison of our existing solution to that offered by creditsafe explaining the differences and benefits of the system

After a difficult week of the computer saying 'NO', I actually got to speak to a real person at CreditSafe, Garin was a breath of fresh air, someone who was instantly able to assist with our Company Credit Score Questions, knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly! Great service and will use again!

Hi Creditsafe Team. Lovely to speak with Carly earlier today. All good with the service that you provide with the online client credit search, no problems at all.
Pleased to renew our contract with you for a further 24 months, with a helpful team, easy to use portal and a very competitive price, why wouldn't you! :)

These guys are obvious amateurs, they have given out our business phone no to numerous what i can only presume as credit chasers, the no they have given is a totally different business to us, we constantly get harrassed and my next level is i will complain to the ombudsman, for those that are paying this company to chase down the right company i wouldn't bother

Had recent dealings with Jordan Watkins.
Wow! An absolute credit to the company. Was clear concise and explained everything without trying to dazzle us with sales speak.
Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to offer further ways to help us. I didn't ask, but assume he must be head of the department or in a managerial position as he dealt with us so professionally. I hope the company appreciates his hard work, and gives him a well deserved pay rise and promotion in the not so distant future.

I received a call after requesting information of my business credit report and spoke with Aaron Davies who was informative and knowledgeable. He was insightful and professional throughout and although I didn't take advantage of the services he offered, not right timing, I was left with the sense of speaking to a seasoned salesman who asked for the order and left a positive impression.

The team is more sales oriented than service.
They focus on sales and you only get to hear from them during renewal. Also, the data is not updated, so many wrong numbers and old information.

Very helpful staff. good product.
