Placed my order at 12:30am yesterday and it has been delivered today at 1:30pm. Very fast dispatch and delivery (through Evri) for me. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers on Trustpilot who have had delivery issues. (I am in the UK and ordered through their uk site : uk.cremocompany.com).
I thought I’d try the Spice and Black Vanilla EDT having seen that it gets great reviews. For the price, I’m impressed (even though I did use a discount code / new customer offer for 15% off). I think the product is worth the money.
The fragrance itself will not trump my favourite aftershave but will be a great addition to my collection for work / daytime use.
The Spice and Black Vanilla fragrance is definitely more masculine and is warm and woodsy. I am sure I will get a few positive comments when I wear it. It does remind me of another fragrance, ‘Spicebomb’ by Viktor&Rolf. But given my love for the pricier options, I think this is an expensive smelling option for a very reasonable price.

I ordered shower gels 2 weeks ago & the delivery stated 2-4 working days. I contacted Cremo last week on 2 occasions to request an update for delivery but they just ignore the emails as I have had no communication by return. I have ordered from this company a few times in the last 2 years but this will definitely be the last time.

I was interested in Cremo’s products, so I wrote to their customer service department 15/11/25, with a product enquiry, but have heard nothing, no feedback at all, just an automated acknowledgment that they had received my email.
That says it all for me, I definitely won’t be buying any of their products.

I’m a bit baffled by all the complaints of non delivery. I stupidly only looked at reviews after I’d ordered and panicked a little bit but two days later my order arrived. I went with the bourbon oak set. Arrived very nicely packaged and the free shower bag inside is a nice touch. Smell is great although a little mild. Comparatively it’s good value for money. I’m interested to try a few others.
I do wonder if there is a fake site out there that some people have been duped by. Personally for me an all round good experience.

Ordered and paid for goods 8 days ago still havent been shipped have sent 3 emails . They have not responded to any of them. I have requested a refund but still nothing I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and issuing legal proceedings to get money back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Suggest others do the same. They should not be allowed to trade.

Great experience - the order process was easy and the items arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was very impressive with a top quality presentation box.
The Citrus & Mint Leaf shower gel is quite thick and creates a good "lather" with a pleasant scent that is not at all synthetic.
The Citrus & Mint Eau De Toilette is quite light and fine for an everyday staple.
Overall very happy and would definitely purchase again

Ordered body wash and after several days I received email from Evri courier saying my parcel was damaged and could not be delivered advised me to contact the company which I did 12 times on their help line by mail only thing I got was an AI generated message but after a another week nothing. They don’t deserve custom as they are poor in customers relations. No communication I will avoid using them instructions have been sent to recover my money

Got my husband the Paulo Santo set for Fathers Day, and it is gorgeous!! Smells fantastic! Packed so lovely in a linen bag, he put some of the after shave on last night and we could still smell it this morning. Really happy!

Unlike others my order did arrive, but some bottles already used!! Those I did try were pathetic, hardly any lather and whilst the smell in the bottle was good, absolutely no smell when using. Add to that they left my skin red and itchy. Appalling products.

The products are good. The company is sneaky. They automatically subscribe you to monthly reorders then ignore your requests to cease doing this and refund your money.
I have experience fulfillment issues as well.

I recently purchased the Citrus & Mint Leaf cologne from an ad in a social feed. I could not be happier with the fragrance, how long it lasts, and how much of it is in the bottle. It’s a rare great value in today’s market. I’ll buy from CREMO again.
