Altid god betjening og han ved så meget bagom alle produkterne. Det er et kæmpe besøg værdigt.

Could one have even better experience? Probably not! Absolutely loved my first visit! Came without knowing what I want and what could suit me, but after proper “interrogation” ;) got my perfect choice! Thanks to Eugen! Already know my next purchase there!

Btw, also the only real niche perfume store in Copenhagen. You will definitely feel unique!

Han var meget service mindet og hjalp med det jeg ledte efter. For at gøre butik mere visionær, kunne der godt bruges et skilt eller ligende, til at vise at butik ligger som den er.

Mine parfumer er kun købt hos dem, af den simple årsag, det bliver leveret hurtigt, flot pakket ind og de gør lidt ekstra hver gang. Super glad for den parfume, jeg købte blindt.
Men endnu bedre nogle af de samples, der var med har nok også fanget min interesse. Så næste køb bliver også igennem jer.👍

I just got my order and I must say they packad the order very Nice and fast delivery. But the thing that impressed me the most was the samples they sent me. Apriciate the attention to details! I bought boise emperial and got a samples of ganymede. I also got a second sample of a nishe fragrance. The expirience 10/10 and I will definitely bur more from this site!

My wife and i by accident came by the CP shop in Copenhagen. And the experience blew our minds. The shop owner is a pure Oracle in perfumes and a really nice guy. We heard stories about how Musc Ravageur came about and he found the most amazing fragrances to try out. I left the shop with a new possible favorite.
We have been at perfume shops in several European cities, and Copenhagen have the best in CP by a long shot.

Crime Passionnel is one of the best perfume experiences you can get in a perfume store the staff is so sweet and knows so much about perfumery and the story and the idea for at fragrance or a fragrance house if you want to have unique perfumes that doesn’t smell like any other out there go to Crime in Denmark Copenhagen trust me you will love it.

Har været derinde 3 gange, og fået mega god betjening alle gange.
De tager sig god tid til kunderne, pakker virkelig flot ind og er smilende.
De er søde at sende en sms når parfumerne er tilbage på lager.
Vi kommer klart igen.

I really like the store and they have a large and wonderful selection of perfumes. I have been there about 4 times and have bought a perfume for DKK 1000+ 3 out of the 4 times. Regarding that, this is where my only complaint about the store comes. The one time I was in there without buying anything, one of the shop owners had a really bad attitude towards me because I had come without the idea of ​​buying a perfume and had just come in there to try some of their scents. I told the shop owner that I was looking for a special scent for a future purchase and he gave me some suggestions, a whole lot of really good suggestions, I have to give him credit for that. But then when it dawned on him that it was not my intention to buy anything that day, his behavior changed a lot to an irritable and almost angry mood and I didn't feel welcome anymore. Personally, I thought that was the worst, especially when you have been to the store before and spent money. And I found it very frustrating that you almost feel forced to buy something in order to get good customer service. I can understand that the shop owner might have been a bit stressed because there was a smaller queue outside. But overall I just didn't think the customer service was that good that day compared to I have spent a good amount of money in the store before

Jeg har bestilt to gange fra Crime Passionnel, og de har altid været lynhurtige, når det gælder levering. De har stort udvalg, hvilket giver rig mulighed for at prøve noget udover det sædvanlige. Desuden har de et helt gennemført koncert, når man modtager parfumer derfra. Ikke mange steder, hvor man modtager sin parfume i en “evidensbag”, hvilket er genialt. Ikke sidste gang, jeg bestiller derfra.

Perfekt oplevelse og god kundeservice

Amazing service and great ambiance in the shop. Every scent comes with a story, it's not just a fragrance you buy but an experience. Already recommended Crime Passionnel to many friends, and made plans to visit with others when they come to Copenhagen. The entire narrative of the story from you enter Crime Passionnel, until you reluctantly depart feels great. I can't say enough good things, and I can't wait to visit again.

Bestilte derfra og dagen efter blev den sendt med GLS. Prisen var blandt de laveste i EU.

I ordered samples online which got lost in the mail. I got the fastest response from the company when I reached out to them and the kindest reply. I got new samples in no time! Highly recommend!

Jeg mindes tydeligt første gang, jeg var forbi Aivaras´ butik. Min ven havde talt meget om stedet, og havde endelig overtalt mig til at komme forbi. Jeg var på det tidspunkt ligeglad med parfumer, og var derfor meget skeptisk.

Den dag blev jeg fuldstændigt blæst tilbage over det fantastiske udvalg af parfumer, der simpelthen ikke fås bedre, og endnu mere af Aivaras, hvis passion for parfumer stråler igennem, når han fortæller medrivende historier omkring parfumer, brands og parfumerister.

Det var for omkring 1 år siden. Jeg har sidenhen købt 15 parfumer i butikken :) Ligeledes går venner, familie og kæreste nu også rundt med parfumer fra Crime Passionnel

I been visiting Crime Passionnel for quite a few years and it is a pleasure every time, and there is always a new discovery to be made. The owner is so knowledgeable and welcoming, so it is always a wonderful experience being there. The selection of perfumes is excellent and so well thought out. Can't wait 'till next time.

Just bought my first fragrance from Crime Passionnel after visiting the shop a couple of times. It's a truly experience to just visit this shop and talk to the owner. He's always so passionate and will guide you through the fragrances and always answers your questions. It's always fun to get some great stories about some of the fragrances
