Operating like cowboys! Order was missing two jibbitz but I’ve still been charged for them. Weird customer service setup apparently going through temporary changes which sound like mass layoffs - they don’t answer WhatsApp messages that are weeks old and I’ve had to telephone twice. They told me on the phone they’ve arranged a re shipment of the jibbitz (I had to phone twice) but weeks later and I’ve received no confirmation email and no delivery. My guess is they’re going into an administration.
Best avoided zero customer service
Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, my order was cancelled without explanation, Customer service seems non existent, shame as the products are quite good.
Abysmal customer service
I contacted you 2 weeks ago as your returns portal does not work. I was told it was technical issue on your side and will be fixed. I have been trying every other day to use your returns portal but still does not work to this day. I have tried doing your online chat but each time your agent cuts off the conversation midway and no replies to whatsapp messages i have sent to your WhatsApp number.
I am getting quite annoyed about how abysmal your customer service is.
I want my refund asap.
Sort it out or will need to escalate this matter.
Where's the box?
I have just purchased a very expensive special edition pair of Crocs and expected them to be boxed as I have seen others on YouTube with theirs in a presentation box? Obviously given to them because they are influencers? At £70.00 I'd expect some kind of presentation box not a bag as they are a Christmas present. Extremely disappointed as Crocs are actually gorgeous. Shame to let them down....Rethink this Crocs for special editions please.

If I could zero it I would, Worst experience been sat with a shipping company for a week contact so called customer service told royal mail lost it yet it never made it to them then told company gsl lost it then told wasn't shipped then told 2 out of 3 items out of stock then told everything out if stock was given someone else name and address and they was trying to tell me it was mine, utter nightmare never again would give zero raiting if I could. Diabolical

Unfortunately have to give 1 star. If 0 was available then that’s all they deserve. Ordered crocs on 18th November for Xmas. Hadn’t received them by 5th December so requested an update. They replied on the 9th to say they were lost!!! Refund requested and still waiting an update on this. Utterly useless customer service…..

I had a discount code which I applied, on order completion my discount was removed by the website and so I was charged full price without warning, when contacted the agent lied saying the discount wasn't applicable to the item I had purchased and that they cannot cancel the order

1 star is too much. Placed an order on the 29th November and tracking hasn’t moved since the 5th December. Went on live chat and they keep telling me to give it another 24 hours. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

I’ve never experienced customer service this terrible.
I’ve never experienced customer service as poor as Crocs’. I waited two full weeks just to receive a return label, only for it to never be issued at all. There were no apologies, no sense of urgency, and absolutely zero customer care throughout the process.
Their chat support is even worse—they randomly close chats the moment they don’t want to deal with your query, leaving you to start over again and again. It feels like they’re actively avoiding helping their customers.
Overall, an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding ordering from the Crocs website altogether and purchasing through an alternative retailer instead.

I wouldn't bother! Order passed to courier in Netherlands and no update since. Tried sending message via WhatsApp and an email but still no response.
catastrophic user care
catastrophic user care, no support, do not use this website! Items were never delivered, they have claimed a picture of a door at a different address to be proof of delivery. They do not care about their customers in any way

I’m aware that this poor guy, who answered my phone call can not do anything, it’s some kind “big boss-as*hole who ordered it- this is FOR YOU! WHO on earth let you do this??Horrible customer service!! Customer service in Netherlands, multiple disconnected phones call, when finally I was able to talk to someone, I was informed that my refund will be issued in 4-7 business days - I’ve posted my return on 24/11/25 today is 03/11/25… I’ve not just returned, I’ve exchanged for bigger size as all sizing is in US sizing not UK - ok, my fault, but still refund should be processed quicker and email with acknowledged of receiving it should be sent. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY! Chinese website provides MUCH BETTER RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shame on you “worldwide recognised” brand!!
You must have a printer to return Crocs
The return process is awful, we purchased two pairs of Crocs from crocs.co.uk, one fitted the other didn't. You can go through the process to make a return, except they will not provide a return label, you must print the label. Trying to get them to send a label seems impossible the WhatsApp number given on the UK website is for the Netherlands, and no-one picks up.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company via the website unless you have a printer - just in case you need to make a return, In this day and age, it feels a cheap and unnecessary lack of customer care.
Shocking
Ordered women's size 8 crocs and received a completely different style in a mens 13.
This is the second time I have ordered and received the wrong size.
I'm trying to get in contact but from reading other reviews it seems like it is pointless.

Very disappointed with crocs online
Very disappointed with crocs. Order some kids crocs online only for them to be cancelled later that evening with no explanation. Go onto their website and the crocs are still available but now the price has gone up. Crocs should not have cancelled the order when they are still in stock. Looking at these reviews it would seem a lot of customers have issues with crocs online shop very disappointing.
Flip flop blunder
I ordered some flip flops for £3.77, yes, I thought they were cheap. They cancelled my order no reason given. Looks like the price was incorrect instead of honouring my order they just cancelled. Not good crocs.
