Don't buy products here, if you buy don't go for AMC under croma. As we all know it is a worst service from all groups of TATA. I had bought three air conditioner and paid for four year amc at a huge cost. Extremely poor service 1. No response or delayed response to request 2. Unskilled and unprofessional Service engineer
3. After complete service a good running new air conditioner doesn't work gone on repair because of the service engineer who intentionally wanted to make money out of service.
4. Now I am opting for a new service under LG with heavy heart.

I bought a laptop and phones from Croma (Bell Circle, Bangalore) four months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The laptop required multiple installations, but neither Croma nor Dell has offered any proper support. Customer service is shocking—completely unresponsive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Despite numerous promises, no technician has effectively resolved my issues. It feels like Croma only cares about taking your money, then abandons you with faulty products and zero after-sales service. The whole experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. Croma in Bell Circle should be avoided at all costs; their service is pathetic, and their support is nonexistent. I regret choosing them and urge others to stay away from this so-called trusted retailer.

I have a croma window AC purchased from your Malad store.
In April I complained that the AC was not cooling effectively. Your technician fixed the problem by sealing the leakage. The AC worked for about a week and the cooling was gone.
I complained again on May 13th. Your technician came again only to inspect whether what I complained was indeed true. I was made to talk to your back office team who assured that a 'senior technician' would visit at the earliest. Till date no one has turned up.
Today again I called, but the rep with whom I spoke to has no answer as to when she would depute someone. Instead after the entire conversation she said I will connect you to store.
Is this also part of your plan to harrass the customer.

Inept staff with the worst possible service follow through. haven't delivered inspite of committing a date 3 weeks since placing the order, now I am chasing them, nobody from the store is responding to calls/ messages. Called up the call centre and they tell me after a 30 minute call that - 1. they cannot commit a date of delivery 2. they cannot cancel the order because it has been 'allocated' to me 3. they cannot issue a refund either. So i have no option but to wait in the hope that they will honour their commitment at some point

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the persistent problems I have encountered with my washing machine, which I purchased from your Croma store in Crown Interior, Faridabad, in August 2022. Despite having a 3-year extended warranty, I have faced repeated breakdowns and subpar service since April 2023.
The machine has malfunctioned multiple times, displaying error messages, and has recently developed a leakage issue. Despite numerous service visits, the problem persists. Technicians have replaced parts, including the PCB card, but the machine continues to malfunction. The most recent visit on August 23rd failed to resolve the issue.
I have contacted customer care repeatedly, only to be met with empty promises and escalated complaints that seem to go nowhere. The technicians dispatched are clearly not equipped to handle the problem effectively.
It is disheartening to have to escalate this issue to the senior management level, as I understand the pressures of dealing with customer complaints. However, I have been left with no other option as the standard customer service process has been completely ineffective. The consistent failure to resolve this issue, despite multiple attempts, is a testament to the company's inability to address customer concerns.
This ongoing ordeal has caused immense inconvenience and frustration. I request that Croma take immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate it if you could either replace the defective machine or provide a permanent solution to the problem by sending a competent technician.
Additionally, I urge you to review the performance of the agency responsible for handling repairs and consider penalizing them for their inability to resolve the issue despite multiple attempts.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to explore legal options

I live in Dubai and was traveling to Noida for a week. Knowing it would be hot, I ordered an AC through the Chroma website, as they promised delivery the next day. However, upon arrival, despite daily messages, emails, and calls, I received no response. Store staff were unhelpful and clueless. Eventually, I had to cancel the order because I had to return to Dubai. They delayed the cancellation and, after a week, finally processed it, promising a refund.
Now, two months later, I still haven't received my refund of over 50,000 INR. Is this a fake company? Please let others know about this issue. It's a significant amount of money, and I urgently need my refund.
