Natalie Knight was brilliant. She resolved our query professionally and quickly by giving me a call to explain the misunderstanding and resolve the matter. So refreshing to speak to someone with excellent customer service skills.

Didn't contact me until 6 weeks in and then charging me extortionate rates. Don't reply to emails when asked about charges and lost more than £1000 now. Waste of money and time. Now sending threats of debt collection -- would avoid

I had an account problem where a recent payment I made was not recognised. I called the billing team and Mohammed Sajid handled the problem in minutes. The payment had not been properly allocated he found it and posted it to my account clearing the deficit. He then emailed me and told me it was done. Well done Mohammed 👏👏👏
