Awful avoid at all costs - not uk regulated!!!

I was delighted to have won and significant amount of money and I was in the process of withdrawing this money, to log in one day to find the remaining balance of 5k has been taken and my balance was showing as 11p. I escalated this to their online chat and they all said I’d never had this balance which was a blatant lie. I’m a uk customer and to target Uk customers they should be regulated in the uk but they’re not, they’re a sham company based in Curaçao! Avoid at all costs as you’ll be left frustrated chasing money. They’re absolutely scammers!!!

I'm sorry to read this negative feedback . I can see that you have actually won amounts to the sum of £6,000 on the website, all of which have been successfully withdrawn from your CrownJewelz account, so I don't really understand where this is coming from to be honest.

SCAM

Just so EVERYONE knows, this site is a scam, they redirect your deposits and its shows in your bank as a restaurant in the US. I’ve been asking for my account closing for 10 days and they keep saying it’s in a queue. Also anytime they get a bad review here, they close the page. Do not play here, their RTP is non existent and you won’t get your money.

The worst online casino I’ve ever used if you deposit you then can’t take back that deposit without gambling x3 of that amount then when you can take your money you get a charge of your winnings

Concerned. I was looking at reviews for this site just 3 days ago, it had a lot of positive reviews now every page is blocked bar this new page??

I'm waiting on my winnings of 1400 which I won on an amazing 80p spin bonus!! Usually I do between £1 and 4 and sometimes I win a few hundred other times I don't but this bonus got all the way to X10 it was the most fun bonus I've ever had with my name in the winner list. The problem is they can't tell me when I'll get my money it's already been over 24 hours in this day and age that's poor. I like most the support staff. I enjoyed the site and the different games, games I'd have never played before was nice to get away from the usual big bass etc overall I like this site I'm just concerned and want my money. I will update to 5 stars when I get it.

*EDIT THEY GAVE ME £600 FROM £1,400. THEY LET ME BELIEVE I WAS GETTING IT FOR OVER A DAY WHILE IT PENDED. THEN TOLD ME I COULD ONLY GET £560 ODD BECAUSE OF THE BONUS RULE BUT GAVE £600 AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE 😂😂😂 TOOK THREE DAYS. CON. NOW INVITED ME TO CHAT ON WHATSAPP AND GET 15 PERCENT CASHBACK WEEKLY AS A SELECTED VP NO THANK YOU ANYTHING I WON ID NEVER TRUST.
