Thursday 15th January was my first visit to this clinic and I have to say I was very impressed with Rebecca
she is very easy to talk to and caring, she said I needed to have a swab taken at my GP which came back saying I need to see ENT urgent, thanks Rebecca I hope I don't wait too long for my appointment

GP had diagnosed cause of hearing difficulty in my right ear as wax and prescribed olive oil and subsequently Sodium Bicarbonate as softeners before unsuccessfully attempting to remove the wax. Was advised to continue using softener, but following a recommendation went to Crystal Clear Ear Clinic instead where the wax was successfully removed at first visit.
Very professional, efficient and friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
