The website is not ideal but great customer service and gorgeous products
The crystal boxes I ordered were perfect and everyone loved them! My only hesitation is the web site used for ordering was not intuitive. I contacted Live Chat for help and got a quick response. The order was processed quickly and arrived faster than expected. All around it was a good experience!

Just what I was looking for!
I was looking for a special plaque for my husband & had checked several local vendors & other sites, but had been unable to find what I was looking for. Not only did I find the perfect plaque to personalize for my husband, but it arrived ahead of schedule, before Christmas, & in perfect condition!!! Great product!
I purchased a few small tumblers with a logo engraved on them and was VERY pleased with the final product! They also got the items to me faster than anticipated and it was the week before Christmas! It was a great gift and I'd definitely recommend this company!
