I don’t like your practice of charging…
I don’t like your practice of charging my cc and waiting to have my item shipped sometimes 6 or more weeks later. Your TV program always states the item is in house ready to ship. Why don’t CSN charge the CC when the item ship. On May 25 my cc was charged and I have not received my item yet, and it’s July 31st.

As far as the comment, I am only guessing on the date. I have spoken to Brian so many times this year, I cannot be sure when I last talked to him.
