Ordered from them. The order had free shipping, then they charged me almost $100 for shipping. Do not deal with this company. I learn fast.

Ordered on june 9th. My cc was immediately charged. I just now received my order. 9 weeks? This is ridiculous as on the tv program, he said the coins were ready to ship. Very poor business practices and most likely will not be buying again. To long of a wait when i was told differently!

Placed an order in late June hoping to receive 1776 - 2026 special edition silver eagles by July 4th as one was a gift. Wrote a previous review in late July noting I had not received or heard from CSN about my order. I live in AZ - the same damn state as CSN Mint! As it seems common practice with this company my CC was charged the full amount (a substantial amount to me) a week after the order was placed - that's now a 'legal contract'. I inquired about my order with CSN and they did respond. They simply verified the order (and the money in 'their' account) and noted order fulfillments usually take 6 - 8 weeks and they would notify when the order is shipped. I'm reading other comments from would be customers that have not received their orders in 3 months! I'm getting worried...wondering if the price of silver which is now higher than 2 months ago is playing a role? A statement to ALL folks who have orders in from CSN Mint management explaining the extraordinary delays would be a professional and appreciated move.

Terrible, never received any of my orders.

I have not received neither order, the P&D 1776-2026 dimes rolls and the P&D 1776-2026 half dollars coin rolls.
There hasn’t been any updates of when delivery of these orders will arrive.
Please let me know when will I receive these items.

Th quality and variety of product choices. I'm a first-time customer and needed a lot of user support and it was excellent. The only disappointment were the product delivery estimates. We experienced a cancellation refund delay.

4 to 6 weeks of shipping is way way too long.
In your tv commercial it says that you have the inventory in hand and will ship asap.
Either change your commercial to just say how long will it take….you are misleading your customers. Will never buy from you again.

Have not received the order or any updates even after emailing your customer support team.

Our initial experience with CSN wasn't good. CSN had 1 single rogue employee who attempted (unsuccessfully) to commit fraud in our first CSN transaction. The employee was an after-hours employee. CSN discovered the problem, and while they didn't want to discuss it in detail, neither did they attempt to minimize or deny the reality of it.

I presume they handled that fraud attempt appropriately, but as expected I did not get any follow up, nor did I ask many questions.

CSN then transferred our account management to one of their senior sales consultants named Sean M.

Sean is knowledgeable, personable, ethical, and 100 percent legal. He is an experienced professional and it shows. He does his job with a certain extra effort that other professionals, while competent, may lack.
Since being managed by Sean M. we have 100 percent satisfaction with every one of our many CSN transactions.
To date, with Sean, there are NO MISTAKES, NO EXCUSES. It's just business the way you hoped it would be.
We do recommend CSN to anyone, but we especially recommend waiting for their normal business hours, AND, of course we recommend requesting Sean M. as your personal advisor.
I must emphasize that while I have done some business with other CSN employees that have been helpful, do yourself a favor: insist on Sean M. If you do, you will get the good results you want. Understand that CSN may not offer all products you want, or charge the lowest prices. But on collectable numismatics: I don't even think of using anyone but Sean M.

i still have not received my coins. purchased them in June 25TH . i would love to see the coins !!!

Still havent received my shipment. Sent message asking status of shipment and never received an answer.

I like the lady Pat that calls me and tells me about coins.I might like and also calls me and tells me when the coins has been shipped to me but it seemed like it takes too long to get a corn anymore , would like to get coins quicker.

You have a very good sales person, but when i say, "NO" that is just what i mean. But evidently, He does not understand that word.

I surely did enjoy the delivery of these coins have yet to open up the half dollars but I may just leave it in package to create a better value for them and as far as the penny they went with the nickels dimes and quarters so I'm I'm really excited and blessed to be having them
