They did not send me the coin I ordered.

Great costumer service

Currently I have received nothing that was ordered. I appreciate that on 7/15/26 I received a notification that "sorry for delay but due to unprecedented demand ...". I get it and appreciate the update from weeks ago. But then now sending me a review request when I haven't received my order, and have been provided no additional updates, seems a bit nuts.

Fast and professional service. I buy my coins from the can mint because I get fantastic service.

I have purchased several coins from CSN! I am happy to an extent but it seems to take too long to receive the coins. In some cases CSN has had my money for over 2 months and I have not received the coins!! I purchase coins from a few places and CSN is the slowest turn around

The main problem w your service is the fact that your guys on TV say these coins (the ones i ordered) are “in stock and ready to ship.” It has been over a month since my order and my card was charged for these coins immediately. But i keep getting replies that my order isn’t ready due to grading delays or increased customer interest. If they were in stock and ready for shipping then i wouldn’t be getting these excuses. You could do much better on shipping timeframes. And maybe not advertise that these coins are ready to go when they are clearly not. Disappointing and untruthful.

The semiquincentennial quarters are very cool and I enjoy them very much. I’ve only got the first set so I’m expecting the second third and fourth set, but I don’t know when.
