Derek and the other staff members at CTD in Aberdeen were very helpful and patient. I could not decide on tiles and their advice was invaluable. I am very pleased with the tile I eventually chose which looks lovely on my kitchen floor.

Hello 👋 I don’t often leave reviews however I was so delighted with the service received when I placed my order on line that I felt compelled to do so.
On arrival to Orkney 3 boxes were damaged which would probably be down to the courier however Mike Taylor the Manager sourced the replacement tiles twice as the first replacement delivery sadly arrived broken!
Nothing was a bother & we received the third delivery perfectly.
I could not fault the service from Mike & his team who went above & beyond to fulfil the order so we have sufficient tiles to complete our project.
I would highly recommend Aberdeen CTD tiles for a 5 ⭐️ service.
A big thanks to Mike & all who provided a first class service which is sometimes lacking now with other companies 😁

I found the Aberdeen branch excellent. All the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly what more could a customer ask for. I have used the services of this branch on many occasions they will give you the best possible advise and they have a large range of tiles. Would I recommend - definitely. If you are looking for excellent service look no further.

Excellent service online and in store
Excellent customer service online and then at my 'local' store. Efficient and polite. I was concerned that the product might not be in stock, but with the help of 'Keeley' (online) and Mike (Aberdeen), they ensured that I did not have a long and wasted journey.
