Fantastic service.
My shower was on need of a clean and reseal. Not knowing the type of material of a mosaic in my shower, Mr Coward at the Blackpool branch suggested I sent him photo and he would be able to get guidance on the correct materials to use. This I did and within 24 hours he contacted me with the information required and that the materials could be picked up from the store. What fantastic service

The staff are extremely helpful. Eased the stressful time of having a new kitchen fitted. The choosing of the kitchen floor tiles, wall tiles and grout colour were made so much easier and we made several visits too. Thank you so much.

Great products and great staff
First time I have purchased through CTD Blackpool and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I spent what felt like a lifetime trying to find the perfect tile for my en-suite and CTD was one of the last places I looked. I found it as soon as I walked into the shop and put my order in (Core Snow 60x60). The staff were really helpful and the whole ordering to delivery process was easy with no fuss.
Special thanks to Martin for ordering and delivering the tiles, he's a credit to the team and the company.

Again great service.
This is the second time I have used the Blackpool branch. Again the service was great and they helped me get everything I needed to tile my dining room floor. Tiles look great down and the staff were incredibly patient as I tried to make a decision on colour.

Absolutely amazing service
I was trying to find some matching tiles that my fiancée had purchased over for 4 years ago. Well what can I say but the service I received from CTD Blackpool was absolutely excellent. Kieron called me straight back after finding the exact matching tiles at one of their other branches, and had them transferred to the Blackpool store. He called to inform me as soon as they had arrived. On collection I was served by another very friendly and helpful gentleman, Martin. Top marks to Kieron, Martin and all the rest of the staff at CTD Blackpool for their amazing service. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Bathroom tiles
I had been looking for tiles for 3 weeks when somebody recommended CTD in Blackpool and my search was instantly over. There was so much choice of quality tiles at reasonable prices, I was spoilt for choice. I was allowed to browse in peace, one of the guys said give me a shout if you need any help and when I had chosen and wanted advice the guys were very knowledgeable and steered me right. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would 100% recommend them and will tell all my friends to use them.

Great staff and super clean showroom
Dealt with jason and Mike ( who were super ), show room was clean and tidy and easy to walk through , making a tile choice was easy as Mike explained everything I needed to know about the porcelain tile I wanted , would highly recommend the store , staff are fantastic and the shop super clean

This Blackpool tile showroom is fantastic. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, I would recommend a visit if you need advice or guidance. Five stars well deserved.

Brilliant experience, very helpful.
Visited CTD Tiles recently and had a very good experience, had such a good variety of tiles to choose from and the staff were very helpful. Answered all my questions and helped us find anything we wanted, they didn’t hover around and pester like a lot of places do. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any tiles.
Martin and Mike were very helpful answering any queries I had.

Great service
Fabulous range of tiles and very knowledgeable staff. I needed to tile my new kitchen and was given everything I needed. The staff their are very friendly and polite. Could not ask for more.
