What an amazing collection of beautiful tiles! My order was dealt with promptly and efficiently and the staff member who looked after me in store was most friendly and helpful. I'm over the moon with how the new tiles have transformed the look of my kitchen! Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered tiles online and the order…
I ordered tiles online and the order was confirmed. However a few days later I was emailed to say that the website had not been updated and my order was cancelled as the tiles weren't available in the small quantity I ordered. The alternative was almost identical but 3 rimes the price - I accept the ones I ordered had been heavily discounted.

Great tiles, all individual but work extremely well together.
No issue with order & kept up to date on the delivery.

Efficient service but broken tiles
Efficient ordering and delivery process. But when we examined the twelve boxes of tiles following delivery, we discovered that all the tiles in one box were smashed to pieces and all but three in another were likewise.

Excellent quality red quarry tiles.
The only place where we could get a good quality red quarry tile with the edging we needed too. Ordered, acknowledged and received as notified. Great service.

Took my order for 3 tiles then sent me…
Took my order and payment for tiles then sent me an email to say no longer stocking them, around 4 weeks after I’d been to the store and ordered a sample, no one made me aware that this tile was going to be discontinued, bad customer service
