Comprehensive product knowledge from Jason at CTS
Just got off the phone to Jason and was blown away with his approach and knowledge on suitable Ardex adhesive products for a high value bespoke stone cladding project that we will be building locally, it's so refreshing to talk to smeone that knows their product lines and is happy to further research with the manurfacturer for the perfect solution to meet our needs.

I went to the Tonbridge store and saw the lovely manager Jason who is always very polite and efficient however I was staggered to find that he is having to work the whole of the jubilee bank holiday Thursday Friday and Saturday. This additional bank holiday is something we will probably never experience in our life time again …..shameful CTD

Fantastic service…
Fantastic service from Jason on every visit to the Tonbridge showroom. The store is well laid out and felt spacious. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Samples and Tiles arrived within 24 hours of order. I would not hesitate to recommend the store to everyone.

Superb service, great selection of tiles at good prices. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great delivery service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Danny and his staff have been very helpful. We have sourced tiles for three bathrooms at CTD over the last few months - great service, good price and fab quality tiles. Thank you Danny for finding alternative suggestions, when the ones we liked were out of stock!
