Hi we spoke to a gentleman called naeem at the huddersfield branch he helped us solve the problem with the CCTV box couldn't be more helpful & pleasant to talk to.
We bought the item from there Manchester store & expected delivery next week.

I have been using Cucctv for a number of months and I can not fault them at all the lady I deal with Vicky is always on hand for anything I need and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am aware of new products and any deals they are offering I have been in the security industry supplying alarms and cctv for over 15 years and this is by far the best service that I have gotten from a company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to place orders.

A few years ago I stumbled across CUCCTV after I bought a power supply off eBay I ordered the incorrect AMP after messaging the seller CUCCTV MCR they messaged saying that im local to there unit {at the time) and to pop down and they will swap it out I then opened and account with them and there trade prices where better its a no brainer. I've not looked back I've tried other suppliers and sometimes I can get the odd item a little cheaper but not often. Now I just send in my order and get a txt saying its ready to collect no issue Viki is efficient with my quotes picking i've noticed over the last few months that there staff have increased and the tech support is second to none every question I've had as been felt with in the spot or within a hour or so yesterday I collected an order and was advised that im better setting my config of equipment differently and it was at a lower cost. Shows me it not about the money it's the service they provide Oh and the tea is good too :)
