Ordered 2 Fermax handsets after giving the model number that replacements were required for.
When the engineer attended to fit the replacement, it didn't work, he phoned the manafactures helpline only to be told that the product was incompatible, this being digital and the replacement required was analogue.
Returned to Fermax in the same packaging it was received in, but they received them damaged.
A month later after trying to receive this information and promises to keep me informed that never happened.
Still weeks later, no credit was issued, (because he must have missed it 🤷♂️)
Finally after another phone call, (must've been about 10,) a credit was issued without informing me until I phoned again.
Glad this waste of time saga is finally over.
In a nutshell,

Sorry you felt this way John/Walter. This review isn't entirely accurate. You ignored all of my communications about the return and the state of the product cartons that caused re stocking delays.
Every time we spoke you tried to blame your mistaken order on me and or told me you hadn't received any E-mails from me and acted extremely indignant every time I pointed this out to you on the phone.
The fact was that the products couldn't go back into stock in the state they arrived back at my suppliers in and until they could go back on the shelf no one gets credited or refunded. There was no incompetence involved or poor customer service it was simply a delay in obtaining replacement packaging .
Anyway after I got you quickly sorted with the correct products that you should have taken the 1st time round I did your refund on the 2nd of June.

Quality pricing, knowledge and service.
I have used OSP for several years and have always found them not only competitively priced but, excellent customer service.
In the last 5 years I can confidently say we have not purchased cameras and DVR/NVR from anyone else.

Good range of equipment and reasonably priced. I was not aware that all of the items were not in stock when I ordered and some took a while to be delivered. Luckily they were not urgent but prior warning would have been useful.
