I ordered a gorgeous dress in an XS but realized that was a mistake and requested to change the size to a small, all while needing the dress within a specific timeframe. Cult Mia concierge (customer service) jumped into action, made it happen even though my dress was already in production, kept me informed the entire time and shipped the dress so I will have it in time. I am now a customer for life!

Awful Return Experience
They have great stuff, but I had an awful experience when trying to return a $600 skirt. I processed the return 2 days after receiving it and was told the item was not eligible for return, when their terms clearly stated I had two weeks to return it. Customer service agreed with their initial error and said they would send me a return slip, which they never did. I had to ask for it several times and then the two week time period passed. After given a hard time AGAIN I was finally able to send back my return. It's now been over a month and I still have not gotten my money back. I had to reach out yet again and they pretty much said they received the item and "forgot" to process the refund. If I hadn't reached out again, I would've never gotten my money back. Awful.

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. The company states that some dresses are “made to order,” yet they only offer standard sizes (XS, S, M, L). If an item is truly made to order, I would expect them to request measurements.
The dress I received looked completely different in person than it did online. When I tried to return it, I was unable to get a response. I emailed multiple times and called repeatedly. I was told to call during UK business hours, which I did, and I was promised a callback that never happened.
I spent a significant amount of money and am extremely upset with the lack of communication and professionalism. This company is unreliable, I would not recommend spending your money here.

Service was extremely detailed and smooth. I was unsure of dress sizes and they expertly assisted me to ensure the fitting was truly bespoke.
Dresses were elegant with immaculate finishing, with the delivery wrapping done superbly for minimal creasing even though shipping was to Switzerland. Chapeau!

CultMia is a fraud
It’s a fraud company . I have order 11 items out of them 10 come with wrong sizes , quality is horrible , other not colour available.They accept one items to return , but money never come back on my account . The rest items they refuse to return back as it’s designer policy . I have lost more than 10,000 usd . Never ever order anything from them . It’s a fraud company!

Frustrating experience
I was very disappointed with my experience. The dress arrived late despite paying for shipping to receive it on time, which left no opportunity for alterations and caused me to miss wearing it for my event. Additionally, the fit did not match the size guide, and the train/scarf was significantly longer than shown in the product photos, making the dress unwearable as received.
After multiple emails and initially being denied a return, the brand later acknowledged a manufacturing mistake and issued a refund. This was after involving my bank. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the process was stressful and time-consuming. I would recommend improving quality control, accuracy in product imagery, and customer service response time.

The delivery timeframe is an estimated delivery window, meaning it can be delivered before, between, and a few days outside of the delivery window. In this case, the parcel was delivered a few days outside of that estimate. While our designers always aim to meet delivery estimates, external courier factors can occasionally cause delays.
Regarding the resolution, once the concerns were fully reviewed internally, we acknowledged the issue and issued a refund accordingly. Looking into our system, we can confirm that we did not receive a chargeback or communication from your bank on our end. The refund was processed directly by us once the investigation was completed.
We appreciate your feedback on quality control and product imagery, and we take this seriously as we continue to improve our processes. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Customer care is amazing
My custom order did not arrive on the date that it was supposed to be delivered and so I contacted the customer care team, and Melody, was very professional in handling the matter and getting in contact with the designer and I received my dress exactly a week after I got in contact with them. She asked about my event date and made sure that I received my order before the event.

I ordered a dress from cult Mia ; and let me share my experience …
I placed my order for a beautiful rich color dress with the most beautiful out of the box design
and I was pleasantly surprised that I can have the dress in less than 6 days .. without doubt , I thought to my self , this must be a ready to wear .. no doubt .. !
literally the day after , for some reason I go back to the site to review my dress , and I was shocked to know , that it was made to measure ..
instantly, I knew I was going to get a china factory mass production like dress dress !!
Moving forward ,without hesitation , I emailed the customer care,, and tried to explain and maybe try to explore solution and options , since they do carry ready to wear with return and refund option ..
They texted back promptly with a, Don’t worry we ll do our best to help you
Our customer care will assist all through your order bla bla bla .. cut the story short
Since then , nothing !!
That was the last time I heard from them
I sent emails , once after the other .. only to be foreshadowed to an automated text , saying we have responded to you
Request.. bla bla bla and now this ticket is now closed ( the hell that meant )
2 days later .. I received an email , with a
Couture feel image .. saying , your dress made just for you , using the finest fabric with highly skilled craftsmanship..
so I was like ,, how bad can it be, and I hoped for the best ..
And yes , I received the dress on the day
Promised.. I was unpleasantly shocked …
How can dress be executed and shipped in less than 6 days , all the way from Vietnam..
I unboxed thid tiny parcel.. ,
And as soon as I open the box .. the smell.. oh my lord .. the dress smelled dusty, humid ,I picked up the dress
With its lovely color , I am not being sarcastic, the color as shown beautifully, gorgeous wine color fabric
However .. fabric is less than mediocre.. the finishing horrible ..
and the cherry on the top
The dress is poorly proportioned.. fits in some area okayish . attached to a shoulder piece that supposed to sit on the shoulder , keep in mind , I ordered one size bigger than my sctual size ..
my conclusion
This dress ; was certainly made in a production line factory wear house , with the cheapest fabric possible ..
So there you go that was my experience
And btw if you are wondering , the price of my dress
It’s a 5500 dirham dress , about 1700 dollars

Terrible quality and returns policy in breach of UK consumer law 
Firstly, Cult Mia's clothes are of dreadful quality. A terribly poor fit, nothing like the pictures and sequins falling off.
However, of more serious concern, Cult Mia's returns policy appears to breach UK consumer law.
A number of Cult Mia's products cannot in fact be returned! Cult Mia includes a note to this effect in very small, light-grey wording. However, this note is unreadable when purchasing on a Smart Phone.
This misleading approach appears to be intentional and other Trustpilot reviews suggest that we are not the only victims of this misleading approach. Based on my experience, words used in other reviews such as "scam" feel very much applicable to Cult Mia as a company.
My strong advice to others is to stay well away from Cult Mia.
