I ordered a dress. A few days after placing the order, I received a message saying the dress was out of stock. They suggested I either choose a different dress from their store or get a refund, but I had to reply to them to receive the refund. They also said that if they didn’t hear from me by April, they would issue store credit instead.
And guess what? I contacted them 5 times — via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram — but they simply don’t reply. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to claim they “didn’t hear from me” just to avoid refunding my money. Such a scam!
By the way, you can’t even leave comments under their Instagram posts. They’re obviously afraid, because many people are probably complaining.

After your order was placed, we informed you that the item had unfortunately become out of stock and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. We then reached out to ask whether you would prefer a full refund or an exchange, but we did not receive a response from you at that time.

As part of our policy, if we do not hear back from the customer after 30 days, the order is closed by issuing store credit. This is a standard process to ensure cases are properly resolved. However, customers can always contact us afterward, and we remain fully willing to process a refund or assist further based on their preference.

On March 22nd, you opened a chargeback with your payment provider. As soon as we were notified, we accepted the case and processed your refund accordingly.

We would like to clearly state that there was no intention to withhold your refund, and certainly no basis for the claim that this is a scam. We are fully transparent and prepared to provide all communication records and refund proof if needed.

I paid $1,190 USD for dress expecting high quality and professional craftsmanship — not something that is merely “wearable.”

The dress arrived in unacceptable condition:
• extremely poor stitching
• loose threads everywhere
• excess unfinished fabric
• uneven construction
• burn damage on the back tie
• black discoloration on one side
• visible printing marks on the fabric

These are serious quality and manufacturing defects, not minor cosmetic issues.

Their response was that these problems do not affect the “functionality” of the dress. That is unacceptable. I did not pay a premium price for something just to be wearable — I paid for quality.

The dress being customized does not justify poor workmanship. Customers should not bear the consequences of production errors.

Very disappointing experience.

Material did not match ‘luxurious silk’ description”

I was fully aware at the time of purchase that this item was marked final sale, and I knowingly took that risk. I am not disputing the return policy.

The dress I purchased was sold on MEAN Blvd from Eagen Studio, listed as the “Perla A-line Asymmetric Neck Silk Ankle Length Dress.” The product description states that it is “crafted from luxurious silk.” Unfortunately, the garment I received does not reflect that description.

While the listing referenced “Satin, Silk, and Polyester,” the dress arrived with no fiber content label, and the outer fabric behaves like a stiff synthetic rather than silk or a silk-like material. The marketing photos suggest a soft, fluid, sheer garment with elegant movement. In reality, the dress is opaque, rigid, and unforgiving in fit.

I understand MEAN Blvd operates as a marketplace with multiple vendors, but clear and accurate material representation still matters. I took the risk, and it did not pay off.

I ordered two blazers and was very disappointed. One did not match the photos : missing buttons and very poor stitching. The second one was acceptable, but the fabric quality was cheap. The quality isn’t even comparable to Mango, yet the prices are three times higher. The products don’t match the pictures and the prices are completely unjustified. I do not recommend this site.
Also, THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS, they only do store credits.

This meanblvd is a fraudulent company, i bought outfits from them for over $3,000 and had to return item, only to discover they do not refund, i am liable to pay both import and export duties for an item i bought from an online store

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not trust this store. What they advertise and what they deliver and completely different. They don’t stand behind their product whatsoever. They refused to let me exchange my product for one that wasn’t damaging and would potentially fit better due to their poor sizing. Of course I wanted a refund but that wasn’t an option. They gave me zero options to resolve my concerns. I was honestly surprised at how unprofessional they acted once they got my money like they legitimately didn’t care about me, nor the reputation of their product. $800 wasted!

Avoid at All Costs: $200 to Return a Dress

200 usd Later for shipping fees. This company is a complete scam. They do not refund you anything back to your card. Instead, they force you to film yourself opening the package, then make you pay out of pocket for the return, which in my case was $200, live in NY. On top of that, the refund only goes back to store credit. But who would ever want to order again from a place that clearly does not care if the dress even fits you well or not? I have shopped internationally many times and never dealt with something so dishonest and wasteful. Do not waste your time or money here.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY

Horrible customer service, promised me a refund and shipping, never got both. Horrible quality, does not look like the images, extremely crooked lines when sewing, raw edges, frayed, blood stain, and yellowing on white clothes. Had to file a chargeback

The stain was there on the video and photo, you can clearly see the time stamp and date when the photo was taken and it was dark dried darker blood. Your policy makes us take a video before opening the package. When I noticed all the three items were horrible, I asked if I can cancel my order before shipping, mean blvd said I couldn’t. I never agreed, you would not let me.

The beginning three items I returned, you promised me if I ship it back you would refund the shipping and items and it was months and not being returned back to me. I showed Amex the quality, and they sided with me and I won the chargeback. I have all the emails and will repost the facts and truth.

1. First Delivery
On June 12, 2025, you placed an order for six items. To avoid delays, we shipped three items first, which you received on June 26. Although the items only had minor issues (loose threads and a small ink mark), we arranged a free home pick-up and full refund for those pieces, as a gesture of goodwill. At that time, you confirmed that you still wished to receive the remaining products.

2. Second Delivery
The remaining three items were delivered on July 8, 2025. You later raised concerns about one dress not matching the description. We asked for unboxing photos/videos to verify with the brand. The photos provided matched both the brand’s official design and our website listing. We explained that if you were not satisfied, you could return the item under our published Refund Policy. You declined and instead requested a full refund for all three products, although two of them had no reported issues.

3. Escalation
When we could not agree, you later alleged that one product contained a “blood stain.” However, all products are thoroughly inspected and recorded on video before shipping, and our inspection video confirms no such stains existed.

4. Our Commitment
We always strive to act in good faith and resolve any issues quickly and fairly. In this case, we provided a refund and return for the first items, gave evidence to support product authenticity, and offered a return option for the second shipment under our policy. I would like to share my genuine…

I would like to share my genuine opinion regarding my experience with MeanBlvd website. I bought couple of dresses from their website, and the customer service was excellent, they were extremely responsive, patient, friendly, and helpful. I contacted them through email frequently, and they responded and respected all of my concerns and requests. They helped me to change sizes of the dresses when I wanted a bigger size, they helped me with the return process, and were extremely supportive of my requests. Not mentioning the fact that the shipping is very quick, and let’s talk about the quality of the dresses! The dresses sit on you like a glove, they look and feel expensive. I genuinely enjoyed this experience and I would definitely be purchasing more from the website.
My only advice would be, check the sizes carefully, and I would recommend getting a bigger size, relying on the fact that the sizes on the website are more fit for Asian dimensions which tend to be smaller I believe. As a middle eastern, I usually get size xs/s, but the dresses from MeanBlvd, I got size M which was perfect.
