Curchods have been great to deal with. They have been professional, friendly and have excellent communication.

Curchods New Haw were superb from start to finish. The team is friendly and professional and worked hard to achieve the best price and outcome for us. When legal matters stalled they helped to move things forward. They kept us informed all the way and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our sale was not straightforward and Curchods did their upmost to keep us informed on the progress of our sale.
They always returned phone calls and followed up on any questions we had.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I was trying to release equity from my house. I started the process in late October 2025 with Simon Labrow. We met and went through all the relevant checks. He told me it would take about 2 months I was told second week in January 2026. In February I got in touch with him to be told he was working on my case and would be in touch later that week.
I texted him again the beginning of the second week in March to be told he was extremely busy and would prioritise my case that day, so I said to proceed. By the following week after I had text asking for up dates and had no reply just felt I was being ghosted I informed him I no longer need his services. Still nothing
I find this service to be unprofessional rude and disrespectful

Friendly and helpful service through the process of selling.

Curchods dealt with both my property purchase and the mortgage application, and letting them deal with both parts produced a very successful result.
There were a few hurdles along the way, and we were communicating from 200 miles away, however Caitlin and Sally were most helpful and professional, and we were very pleased with the way the whole process was dealt with.

Buying a house is stressful enough and certain estate agents are unpleasant and pushy unless you go with Curchods. A great team to deal with. 100% professional and helpful all the times.
