Amazing service quick shipping and handling

I ordered a product on the 21st of August and still have not received it. I contacted Curibo for an update and was told that i would receive a replacement that i am still waiting on. overall a poor experience. Upon seeing this review Curibo cancelled my order and refunded my money without me asking for a refund… they stated they saw this review… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…

Preordered a Nendoroid back in February, ETA for March. March came and went. Checked website, ETA changed to April/May. April/May came and went. I contacted them through their website contact form at the end of May. No response. Contacted them through email. No response. Contacted them through Facebook and Twitter. No response and no item, and it is now the end of June. Absolute joke of a company. Have filed a PayPal claim.

Always use Curibo for my preorders, never had any problems and wouldn’t use anywhere else

The prices can be quite high and they can sometimes be slow to dispatch, but the communication and service are excellent so I don't hesitate to recommend.
