I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything.
Terrible service and terrible extensions quality.
Purchased extensions a few times with next day delivery and they didn’t come next day, but 2 days later.
Purchased extensions in person and they literally took 50mins to give me extensions I phoned and asked for. And to top it off the extensions I have purchased are not adhering.
Such terrible service.

I ordered a 20 inch frontal and they called me to say it was out of stock and to arrange for the 18 instead and they would refund me the difference, it's been weeks and still no refund or help from customer service. I have payed for a 20 inch and received an 18 without the price difference refunded

Was hesitant to order and wasn't very familiar with the brand however they were one of the cheapest I found for yaki hair. They dispatched next working day as stated on website and when I messaged customer service to confirm this they were quick at replying and getting back. The hair itself feels really soft and is true to length seems a little less textured than other yaki hair I've had but not a problem. No shedding so far and very little hair came out when washing. Not styled with heat tools yet so will see how it goes over time but so far so good :)

Fast delivery and the hair smelt nice on arrival however I feel the quality of the hair is not up to par considering the price of £295 for 2 bundles and a closure.

The hair is AWFUL
The hair is AWFUL. I bought human boho hair in colour 30 and after only 2 days the hair is tangled and matted! I wear this style often and know how to look after it but this hair was cheap and poor quality from the get go. I would recommend going somewhere else and paying a bit more for quality as this truly is poor quality hair. Im not even sure its 100% human at this rate.
In response to you I have done the daily care as im used to having this hairstyle, and still after 2 days its matted and knotted. Bottom line is hair is just of poor quality as I don't usually have to constantly upkeep the hair multiple times through out the day just to stop it from tangling. Total waste of my money. Seriously disappointed.
I don't need a lesson in how to look after the hair!! I have been wearing this still for a while and am more than educated and capable! What you are not ever going to do to is convince me that the poor quality hair is my fault because I was unable to manage it! Not happening. The hair is of poor quality and that will always be the bottom line for me.

For the bulk hair for braiding, we suggest daily care by applying curly cream, moisturizer, and keeping the hair wet. After making the hair wet, comb the hair at the ends to detangle, then comb from the top to the ends.
when braiding with coloured here , reduced the amount of wax and product used in braiding this messes up the hair and cause matt and tangle ,
The hair is 100% human hair, otherwise, we wouldn't be able to dye it to color #30.
