I am very impressed with this company. I needed a spare part for my Safety Connect Cassette, which wasn't listed on the website, and emailed to query whether it was possible to purchase. I received an almost immediate response to say they had added the part and I could place an order. I placed the order that afternoon and received my package the next day. Very impressive service, communications, prices and speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend this company.

Curtain track very good value. Easy to fit.
Hanging the curtains is not as easy as on some systems because the hooks are rigid and can only fit to the rails at the ends.

Tracy was brilliant. There was a problem with availability (other outlets are having the same problem with the items I ordered). Tracy offered me a number of options, I couldn't have asked for more. There was then a further problem with Parcel Force returning the order damaged which meant one of the other options was more suitable. What wally I am, in all my many 26,280 days on this planet, and goodness only knows how many net curtains I have ordered in that time, but this time I forgot to order double. So they arrived and I had to order the other half next day. Cannot see where they join and they are lovely crisp white nets and hang well with the weighted hem.
Arrived promptly both times!

Next time I will rememeber to order 30 feet of width and not just the 15 feet width of the bay!

I ordered a curtain track through Amazon and had a senior moment when ordering a completely wrong track length.
The team were very helpful and took me through the returns process.
The correct length has now been ordered.
