Radiators ordered on Saturday afternoon, and delivered by Monday. Match site description exactly, and were incredibly competitive on price. Would highly reccommend and will use Hot Radiators again.

The radiators arrived swiftly, they are chrome and look amazing.
Delivery was quick, delivery man from D X was great,he brought them into our hallway for us,great service.
The price my wife and I thought was very competitive for the BTU output we required.

Arranged delivery for the Friday, but turned up early on the Monday when no one was there. Not ideal, but Jack sorted it, and rang exactly when he said he would. Brilliant service, would definitely buy from here again

The delivery progress and tracking are inaccurate. Terrible delivery service and time,,, iv not yet recieved the item so can't comment on the item it self...
..... still no further upward with delivery neither hot radiators or delivery service no what's happening... hot radiator what 1 to 2 days for a response from dispatcher/delivery...

Spot on good quality delivered in good time

We ordered from this company as we thought the price was reasonable and the delivery times suited.
However when the goods arrived most were damaged. To ensure the property had some heat we reordered one of the radiators again (as delivery is quick) in the hope of refunding or replacing the damaged goods.
We contacted this company in March but was ignored, contacting them again recently in April .. We requested refund for the radiator we reordered and replacements for the others that were damaged to be told they will not send out replacements until they receive the damaged radiators, delaying the works which is for an air BnB so timescales are important, like they do not trust us, despite us sending pictures of all the damaged radiators.
The only refund we have asked for is for one radiator we reordered due to the first one being too damaged to even try and fit. The others are all heavily marked.
Now we are expected to carry the cost and time of repackaging them all for collection and then they will send out replacements once they have "inspected" them. I find this insulting as we are not trying to get something for nothing, we just want the quality radiators they advertise that aren't bashed around.
I have emailed again for advice but they are ignoring me again so I decided to write this review out of frustration.
I am sure this is a one off and the company has many positive feedback I am only sorry this experience has led me to write this review.

Awful! Do not use! Good price and good delivery yes, but no good if the rads are useless, all four radiators were damaged or faulty and the after sales service is non existent, they just blanked me. My guess is that they are seconds and that’s why they are cheap, I ended up taking mine to the scrap metal yard to try and recoup some of my money, I am a contractor and install hundreds of radiators and regret ever giving this company my money, the old mantra is true, buy cheap buy twice, I will stick to Best Heating from now on.

Happy with the product, how ever a little annoyed with original advertisement which did not state that a fitting kit was included in the price ?, so ordered a fitting kit,as in the extras list ?, which now has to be returned, which could have been avoided.

Top marks for practically each and every aspect. A friendly website so the order was easy to place (I am home owner. Not a professional). Competitive pricing. Super quick delivery, next day in my case with no delivery charge. Radiators look superb. Exactly as pictured and described. They heat up nicely. So far I cannot find a fault with anything though I know it's still early days.

The radiator looks great. Very satisfied with the ordering process and the price.
Only downside is mark is because of the lack of communication during the delivery process, order was confirmed and then next thing we knew it was being delivered with nothing communication in between.

Great experience with these guys up to now. Order 14 radiators. Delivery guys ok. But a two hour window would be great as people aren’t in all day

It was so easy to find and buy the radiator that we needed. The price was very competitive and we were kept informed all the way to our front door, with delivery. Yet to be fitted but it looks great.
