Excellent Customer Service and Good Quality
I placed the order and checked tracking after 2 weeks and I couldn't quite tell where the dress was located so I emailed customer service because I needed the dress for an event. I received a quick reply that said they would prompt the shipping company to ship quickly. I received the dress the next day. Likely not due to the prompt, BUT I did receive a real and timely reply from customer service that was helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised about the quality of the dress for the price. Back in the day I did some pageants so I've worn a lot of sequin dresses and this one was good quality for the price. Pleasantly surprised after order from a social ad. Thank you Curve Ins!

Difficult return
I ordered 2 dresses for a special occasion. Dresses seemed fine, decent quality, accurate to the description online. But neither fit and I cannot get a reply from my emails to return them. I have sent multiple emails and my window to return the items is getting shorter. I can’t find a phone number to get a hold of customer service.

Lack of response
I ordered several dresses in different sizes to try. However, I received a dress that I didn’t order rather than one I did. Contacted the company and it first they were very responsive. Once I asked for a return label to send all the dresses back I have not received a response despite emailing twice requesting a return and response.

No Response to Return Request
I'm still waiting to receive a response to my request for a return label or shipping address to return a dress. Its nearing time for the 30-day return window -- it seems like they're purposely holding off responding so then they can say it's too late for me to return. Why not just have the ability to download a return receipt from the website or provide the shipping address -- that's what Shein does. But this is a company that sells the same exact dresses for double and triple the prices and doesn't provide a clear way to return. Never again! And I'll be contacting my bank to report the purchase as a fraud/scam and reverse the charge. Take my advice, don't bother with this company -- go to Shein instead. It's the exact same dresses for half the price and you can easily return if it doesn't work out.

Improved communication
Initially I left a negative TrustPilot review, regarding issues with sizing and quality, but most importantly lack of response to my return request. After I left my TrustPilot review, the company responded to my emails and initiated and fully processed my return. After they finally contacted me, their communication was excellent. I only wish that it did not take a negative review to do it. Because of the 180, I am moving my review to 3, with the caveat that I’m still skeptical about the reviews of the products (my product review wasn’t posted and two other reviews (one incorrectly describing the product - so fair enough) were taken down).

You liars want to claim you respond to all emails in 24 hours i am STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE ON MY ORDER- oh but you have timeeeeee for a negative review tells you this is exactly the type of scam website you expect- no phone line and a gmail email for the business that NEVER gets answered!!!
Maybe check that gmail email inbox since you still haven't responded and took my money I'll be submitting the chargeback today since you all want to be scammers

Reached out multiple times for an order update the advertised shipment time was for 2 weeks- 10 days in and no response no updates. As a forst tike customer this os important to me since the item is needed for a special event and is time sensitive.

Quality is poor and not as nice as…
Quality is poor and not as nice as website displayed especially for the price point. They also have different versions of return policy. The one that I pull up on the website states a flat 9.99 fee and now that I have initiated a return they are saying it’s an additional $5 per a dress. Will update once return is processed but I fear that is going to be a problem based on this.

I strongly recommend to NOT buy from…
I strongly recommend to NOT buy from Curveins. They do not honor their return policy by using a tactic of being unresponsive to requests for return information. I believe they do this to stall and get past the 30 day return window. My wife is 2 days away from going past the return window and they have been unresponsive to multiple requests over a week. I do not like businesses that lack integrity. If they elect to not support her return, Curveins WILL be held liable. It needs to happen to protect others in the future. I am okay with using my resources to protect others from bad businesses.

There was a miscommunication that they made right
This is a follow up to below review. After additional contacts with company this was resolved and my card was credited back the full amount including shipping for the miscommunication. They are pretty dresses so I hope they continue to work on their customer service training.

I placed an order and received. When I reached out to customer service, they were all willing to help with an exchange. When I told them I wanted to return, they replied it was too late even though I just got the garments FOUR DAYS earlier. I sent the order and delivery screenshots and they are STILL giving me the runaround. They will not provide a return slip. I guarantee they are trying to wait this out for a few weeks. I have had FOUR emails so far and am beyond fed up. I spent $295.00 on 3 dresses and cannot get them to send me the information that is described in their return policy. They say U.S. company. Sounds like I am not the only one with this issue.
If you have an issue, continue ro reach out to this company to get resolved. As stated above, they did make this right! Thank you!
