I ordered a Gen X t shirt and the date was incomplete. Instead of 1980, it says 198. Very noticeable as it is high in the front. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly offering a 10% discount. I declined and asked for a replacement shirt. I haven’t heard back and it’s been well over a week now. I’m not very happy and do not recommend their products.

Purchased 1 t- shirt 3xxxl and muscle shirt 3xxxl paid just under 100 for the 2 of them using their size chart on Facebook link. They finally showed up but neither shirt even had same sized laid over one another. Grey t- shirt just could fit on but still too tight, the muscle shirt was even smaller by 4 inches. Sent them countless emails I just get BOT messages asking me to send pictures of the fabric . Sent them pictures even laid out measuring tape showing neither shirt even matched themselves in size larger one doesn't fit and muscle shirt is impossible to even try on. Their customer service is non existent theve blocked me emailing them now , I would be happy enough to get both replaced for proper sizes or send back money I paid. The once reached out that there's nothing they could do because they were personalized with Gen X theme I picked from their size and size chart . They are terrible to myself just shrugging off any help or real response to help me fix THEIR ERROR . Do not purchase anything from them they are scammers and will give you no help

At first there is confusion about the labelled sizes on the neck tags. But in communication with the Cus family my concerns were explained. Confusion is that they have 2 sizes labels on them. In my case I ordered 3XL and the top label displayed showed 4XL. Lift that tag and it has 3XL. The company might be better served if they only display the correct size ONLY.
My first order didn't go to plan as 1 of my 3XL Tee's was incorrectly labeled, and on the measuring chart it was actual in fact was really a 4XL by the way of the sizing chart. Way to big for me. But I communicated with CFG in a polite manner, and after quite a few backwards and forward messages, they rectified my issue. The correct Tee was sent and it fits perfectly. My advise to anybody is open up with communication if you have issues. I assure you they will address your problem. They are about having satisfied customers. The Tee's I bought from CFG are of high quality and professionally made. I can recommend them to you. The only minor issue is delivery time is a tad slow. That's not headquarters fault, it's at the manufacturing end and postal service. Overall I am a satisfied customer wearing CFG Tee's and getting many good comments.

I tried to order a t shirt and couldn’t make payment complete, then checked Trustpilot and felt relieved it hadn’t gone through. I got a message asking me to complete the order with a discount on offer. I messaged back with what I had seen on Trustpilot and got a reply saying that is not a fair example of their trading practice, I decided to give them a chance. It was delivered today within a reasonable time and it’s a good quality product, thank you Cusfamilygift.
