Website glitched and I had to start over. Also it is not easy to use or customize badges as you cannot choose exact font size and there is no guidelines to accurately measure logo size, etc.

Very Disappointing
I placed an order through ASI- but not even the Customer Service rep knew...your website no longer converts an ASI order into a Custom Genie order.
When I finally received the sample order I paid for; it was GOLD instead of the SILVER I ordered. I lost Weeks of time to get the order placed properly, only to receive something I couldn't even send to my client.

Just what I ordered and quick and easy
Ordering was quick and easy, the package arrived quickly and I love my new pens.
Also, I love that I did not have to buy a huge quantity. On a lot of sites you have to buy a minimum of 100. I needed less than 20.

I still haven't received my product and…
I still haven't received my product and it was a time sensitive order. I also never received an actual proof or a reply about a proof. Assuming this group has purchased Name Badges International, but all of our company history is gone and we have no way of ensuring the products match what we've had in the past - very disappointing

Great custom pens
Pens work well! The custom logo looks exactly as it did when I designed it on the site. I was a bit worried at first because they don't give an estimate arrival for shipping. But it arrived very timely.

Quality control is non existent.
I made sure all my decals are perfectly aligned. They all came misaligned. I put in a remake request, they came back on the wrong stock and they were misaligned yet again. I ordered multiple sheets of the same decal, they are aligned differently on each sheet. Some of them float on the same sheet. This has been an ongoing issue. Extremely frustrated, and done ordering from these guys.
*Update*
I was contacted in reference to my review. Jessica from Custom Genie asked if I would like a refund or decals. She assured me they would be looked over to ensure they are centered as I laid them out. Once again they came misaligned. Decals on the same sheet were misaligned differently too. The decals in the vertical center of the sheet were perfectly centered, the ones on the right float to the left and the ones on the left float to the right. I ordered two sheet of ybis particular design. On the second sheet none were centered and they all floated down. Definitely a them problem and they can't fix it. Stickers International was an infinitely better company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Transition from NBI to Customgenie not smooth!
I'm not particularly happy with the transfer of process from Name Badges International to Customgenie. We had dozens of templates that we ordered from and they were all lost. Also there was no clear crosswalk betwen the NBI offerings and the Customgenie offerings. I think this could have been done a lot better. I know it should have been done a lot better.

Stay Away
Issues uploading art online. Phone calls w/ their reps would give us conflicting information that no one could back up in an email as we tried to place orders online & email artwork. After reading reviews, I think we avoided a HUGE MESS!
