I hadn't received my product so started a live chat session. The reason I didn't receive it yet is because I failed to put my email addr into the order so they weren't able to send me the proof for approval. Because of the delay I needed to change the ship to address (since this was intended to be a Christmas present). Customization Depot's customer service was very courteous, helpful and successful. I have a hard time believing the negative reviews I read about this company. Thanks CD!

Ordered three custom hockey jerseys, took months to receive. When received all were completely wrong. After several telephone conversations we agreed to a price for custom embroidered jerseys. When received they were cheap silk screened logos in the wrong colors and misspelled names. Contacted them and they said they would do them correctly as agreed. Never heard from them again. Had to report them to the BBB of Canada. They did not respond to the BBB. Dishonest and disreputable business. Paid $600 for quality that didn't even come close to what was agreed. Absolutely no integrity. Do not do any business with this company.

Buyer beware...Also place an order and 4 weeks later still showing "in process". Made DOZENS of attempts to contact these people and ZERO response. Thinking I was scammed also. There are charge attempts on my card and then they are dropped from this company.

Ordered jerseys, the website says production time is 7-10 business days. During checkout, expedited shipping option said product would be shipped in 5-8 business days. Took me emailing and calling multiple times, and I was told "it should be shipping next week" each time. Finally called AND sent an email saying I wanted to cancel my order. I received a call that night telling me they couldn't cancel my order because it had shipped the previous day. The package was delivered across the country and was told "we will contact the post office". The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!

Never received the products.
Sent multiples messages, no answers.
Scam.
Do not buy on this site.
