Trust this isn’t ai or anything but great service the lady help me was named Melissa Marissa something like that I had a tight budget in a short amount of time and she did a fantastic job with my tight circumstances I wish I could give her a 5 start specifically but this will do 10/10

I ordered a dress shirt online for pickup, and even though it showed in stock, the order was canceled without explanation. Their AI assistant was no help at all. This was my first purchase with this retailer, and it was a bad experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Then I picked up my tuxedo the sales person had me try it on and said it was good fit. Dressing for the wedding the white shirt was to way to short with no cuffs showing or the jacket was too long. The jacket had a bluge when button up had to leave it open.....
For a $257 dollar rental my tuxedo looked like crap.
Follow up i returned the tuxedo to same store and the sales person asked me how was it my reply terrible he never asked what was wrong so I told him about the cuffs and jacket issues and just smiled. BULL SHITE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER USE MENS WAREHOUSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE....

Best in Class. Total experience from walk in to check out was outstanding. I was lucky to get Margret to help me with my selection. 25+ years with MW. Gave her my needs and wants and she quickly had choice for me. This company's business profile is outstanding. It make the customer experience excellent.

Absolutely the worst experemce I ever Had. They sold me a clerence suit with hidden holes in the suit and refuse to make things right.
DONT ever go there. They specialize in ripping customers off.

I happened to be in the store on Michigan Ave. here recently last week to do an exchange and wound up purchasing more items while there.

Upon entering the store, I am immediately greeted by my friend, your manager, Rohan and he was doing some tidying up around the front of the store, and he stopped what he was doing a gave me a very warm welcome to the store. Once in the store it was somewhat amazing to me, for I am just a regular guy, when almost in unison the staff all started to greet me by name and again a warm welcome.

It is so refreshing to see this in the business world (we own a business) so we are always rather cognizant of this in the market, but your store here it happens every time we enter, or are moving around through the store.

I am sure it may stem from the great leadership of your manager, Rohan, it also indicates to us the fact that these folks enjoy there work and are proud to represent a leader in the mens apparel business.

If I was to make any suggestions or further comment it would be to say possibly making this your training store for all new associates coming on board with your company, they could not get a better base of great associates to learn from.

Keep up the great work to the staff and the Michigan Ave store, they are first class all the way.
