Custom Pins Now Opiniones

The pins were designed the way we wanted them. They were always quick to respond to all of my emails.

After researching different companies that offer custom pins, our team at Lane Council of Governments decided on Custom Pins Now. We love the small enamel pins we order from them for Bike Month and Walktober. The pins are small but the colors and details are sharp - they look fantastic on a hat or bag! Thank you so much! This is our third year ordering from you and we're so happy.

The flexibility to create my own design for my family bowling tournament made all the difference in choosing this company. The prompt response to my emails were answered quickly, The customer service from the beginning to the end was excellent . The pins were delivered as promised within their 3 week timeframe. The pins themselves turned out fantastic. The cost of the pins were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I'm really excited about creating next years pins already.

The Customer PIns now team was terrific. Very rapidly responsive. The affirmed that they routinely manufacture magnetically attached pins -- avoiding pins that remain in some fabrics and also less likely to "rotate" that conventional single-pin clasp arrangements.
They worked with our concept artwork and iterated with us in a friendly, responsive, iterative manner as we double-checked to make sure we mutually understood the design details.
They produced the pins and delivered them a fews days earlier than we had asked for. The final pins look GREAT and have received compliments from all who have seen them so far.

The parade committee was so impressed with the pins.During the parade yesterday people were commenting on how beautiful they were.Yes, we did run out of pins.Looking forward to next year pins, Thank you

Wow! Great company to work with, our pins came out out exactly how we wanted them, colors & shape of the pin - Our first experience ordering pins & couldn't be happier with them - Fast turn around time and delivery!

Great customer service, great product - everyone at my organization won't stop buzzing how great these pins have come out!! We have placed three orders now because everyone is requesting them. John Q. has been a wonderful help every time.

Needed pins done in a hurry and Custom Pins Now came through for me. Communication was fantastic (thanks John!!), and pins arrived even sooner than expected. Great quality product, as well.

The customer support was great, and the product turnaround was quick and easy! The items look just like the sample. They will be perfect for my event.

Excellent experience. I ordered 200 soft enamel pins for an event. They arrived today, perfectly on time, and all 200 look fantastic, with great detail and colors that matched the artwork for the quote. The pins are sturdy and feel good in your hand. The ordering experience was super easy, with all my questions answered promptly along the way.

I searched the internet for a reputable - legitimate business, customer focused, quality product. One vendor I had purchased “off the shelf” product from. However, this purchase was to be customized. Two critical factors were TrustPilot reviews, and tariffs. Custom
Pins Now had excellent reviews. And their price quotes were reasonable, not “unbelievably low”. Finally, we exchanged a few emails which led me to believe that the company was experienced in the customization process, especially based on “batch” production. In the end Custom Pins Now, “under promised and over delivered”! I not only will purchase from them again, but will recommend Custom Pins Now to others!

We are repeat customers! We order pins several times a year for various events. This company provides wonderful quality, quick turn around and they are very pleasant to work with. We will continue to shop with Custom Pins Now for many years to come.
