Easy communication! Lightning fast turnaround time. Quality product.

I sent an imperfect sketch and they made a nice design of it. BUT they did NOT communicate with me to better understand the details of the sketch nor the selection process we employed. I had to repeatedly send corrections via email; finally I was told another change would cost me more. Never prior any indication of change limits. Finally, the pins look GREAT.
