This is an awesome service! My little dog passed away tragically a month ago and I wanted to get a tattoo of the outline of her face. My artist Tusai was so patient with me and was happy to do six drafts for me until he got it right. He wanted to make it perfect for me as he knew how important it was. It was a hard task for him as he was trying to capture the essence of my dog but he absolutely nailed it. I was so happy with the final draft. I would recommend this custom tattoo design service to everyone and give it 5 stars!

Signed up to get a design as they had a money back guarantee. When I received the preliminary design sketch I was not happy with the direction the artist had gone. I have sent multiple emails to customer support requesting a refund under their money back guarantee and have not received any replies (not even acknowledging receipt of emails). Be very careful as it looks like they do not honour their guarantee.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. My artist was incredibly talented, responsive, quick to make any adjustments I requested and professional. Customer service was always responsive and professional, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and I have an amazing design!

I got a drawing, which delighted me and showed exactly what I wanted. As if my thoughts were transferred to the picture. I am very satisfied and grateful, both to my designer and to the whole team, which made my wish come true. I can't wait to do my new tattoo! Thanks Tattoo Desing.

Absolutely wonderful. Great communication between me and the artist, I felt like they listened and adjusted where I asked and were truly invested in making me a design I could be proud of. Highly recommend.

(P.s. the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is because I wish I could’ve gotten it sooner, but you can’t rush quality work!)

Pleasantly surprised at how easy this process was. My artist was in contact with me quickly after I submitted my request and description of what I was looking for. They were extremely pleasant and they knocked it out of the park on the first shot. Customer service was also on top of everything and always quick to respond. Will most likely come back again if I'm looking for another design!

I absolutely loved my personal design and it being my first tattoo I couldn't have asked for another company to help bring my vision to life.

I was sceptical about turning in ideas for a custom tattoo. And lo and behold the piece that came back was quite hilarious.
I can’t blame the artist, there are probably to many hands in the pot, and needles to say, I bet the coordinators/ customer care ppl have no experience in pairing ideas with the right artist. (Unfortunately that’s the state of many businesses today, ppl don't take dignity in their work).
And so what you get back is a farse of the whole ordeal.
To me, it’s the equivalent of tossing a coin an seeing which artist it hits…no rhyme or reason in how they select their artist.
At this point AI would probably do a better job….

I was detailed, specific, provided exact examples, and samples of what I was looking for, style, technique..etc
And these dingbats still got it wrong
I got back the equivalent of some Mikey’s Mouse nonsense, my younger self could’ve drawn,.
They didn’t even know how to draw feet or hands for crying out load, don’t get me started on juxtaposition..

Going to get my 7 year old nephew to give it a shot.
Chances are it will come out better.

My experience using this company has been pretty amazing to be honest. I've wanted to get my first tattoo for ages but wasn't sure how to start the process and I'm lucky I found these guys!
I already had a rough idea what I wanted, nothing solid, but my artist Daniel took everything I said on board and created a great design. The first draft was beyond expectation, took about 4 days or so, and I had a couple things I wanted changing, messaged Daniel, the next day those changes were made, final details were added, and my final design was complete!
The process was smooth, I believe my artist really put thought into the design, and I cant wait to get this tattoo!
I will definitely be considering using these guys again in the future, and I already know the artist I will be requesting!

This is the second time I’ve used this service and could not be happier. Both designs were made by Caroline. I only provided details and some images to give her a reference of what I wanted. She then made my thought into the tattoo I wanted. She blended several images together with an existing piece on my arm to fill the entire bottom portion of my sleeve. She was a pleasure to work with and did everything to make sure the design was exactly how I wanted it. This service provides a missing piece to getting a tattoo. With the layover technology you can see the actual design on your skin.

I got my sleeve designed by these people. They have a money back policy if you are not satisfied. Not only were they not willing to fix the terrible work they did (by the way it’s all copy pasted, no hands free designing or original pieces), they did not return my money. I’ve been trying to post a pic of my terrible art work so you can see the level of scam it is, at least for me. This company is really unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste a dime on these guys. It’s best to spend it on a local artist and will do much better work. The irony is that on their website they only have 5 star reviews. If anyone knows where I can share their terrible work please let me know. Happy to share.

OMG I had an amazing experience with this people, they are simply the best, Olinda Camelo she is so awesome, so profesional and very artistic, I loved the design she made for me, she had so much patience with me every detail I told her she will do it like I wanted to, thanks Olinda and the team, you guys are the best.

What an amazing experience with Custom Tattoo Design. I worked with Rafael and he brought a vision of mine to a full reality and fulfilled a dream tattoo that I can't wait to have done. Smooth process with very responsive artist. We went back and forth over a few iterations and the artist listened well and I trusted her abilities resulting in a great product.

I am extremely pleased with the whole service and will definitely use it again if I am ever going for another tattoo.
- The communication was very, very good! From the second I started a design request, I immediately got e-mails explaining the process and workings. (As they warned on their site my first e-mail arrived in spam, but ones gotten it out of there, none went in spam again). I also got paired up with an artist very quickly and she always communicated very clearly of how she was gonne make something/what she was gonne change in the design and if she wasn't done with a design by the end of the day I even got an e-mail on the new day with extra info what she was working on and how long it would take. Never have I had a moment that I was scared they had forgotten about it,...
- And maybe the most important part, the tattoo design on it's own. I started knowing I wanted a phoenix and a general look, but no concrete idea or tattoo style. I sent the artist a long text of what elements I knew I wanted in the look and the colours I wanted (without a sketch idea) and some reference pics of tattoo's I liked and didn't like. She was able to translate my idea's into a very cool looking design! Sadly, while the design was very cool, it wasn't fully what I wanted, so I asked for a big part of it to be redrawn into another way. (I got a very clear notification that If I asked for changes u could no longer get the deposit back since it is used to pay the artist to make the changes, which I find very normal) The artist immediately went to work on the changes I asked for without a hassle, and with the same enthusiasm she had when she started.
It turned out very beautiful and I absolutely love the whole design, and working with the artist was also very fun since she always seemed happy and enthusiastic!

Was a great experience. My second design from the website and did not disappoint.
