One of the WORST buying experiences I've ever had. We purchased 2 brand new 567's (quite a bit of $) & the process went a little like this:
- They originally sent one correct truck & one incorrect truck (wrong color).
- When they were finally ready to be picked up, neither had any diesel fuel... nor did they offer to fill them up. You'd think half a mill would get you some fuel these days, but I guess not.
- Then the real fun began... one truck made it about 15 miles down the road before warning lights & sensors started blaring. Ended up being a bad EGR & was in the shop for a few weeks (quite a bit of lost revenue).
- The other truck didn't last much longer & the solenoid needed work.
- The wiring connections for the dump latches went out not once, but TWICE.
- Last but (probably not least) the pintle hitch, which was 45 days late, was assembled incorrectly.
I understand that COVID has severely messed up the supply chain, but it seemed to be one empty promise after another, lack of communication & poor assemblage.
Overall very, VERY disappointing experience on such a large investment.
