Quick response and very good at understanding our issues

Bought a seal kit for my hydraulic swivel thinking that would take care of problem turns out swivel was broken, bought a new swivel from them for $7000.00 dollars and they would not let me return the unopened seal kit because of shelf life on seals, it was only 60 days old! Now I have a seal kit I will never use and they would rather have them thrown away that take them back. I think this should have been an exception.

Everything is wonderful good customer always helps out when you need them keep up good work.

The most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing trucks in regards to titles. I’ve purchased 100s of pieces of equipment and have never had so many issues getting my titles in a timely matter. Worst part is the lack of communication and very difficult to get a call from the corporate office back after issues have been “escalated.” I’ve bought a dozen trucks from this organization in the past 12 months and doubt I doubt I will purchase more will all this issues I’ve had so far. PDIs are also a joke. Not sure who is in charge of that but they are not doing a good job with that either.

Brad Bjerke is a very good salesman. I am very happy with the communication and answers that Brad and the team gave fast response to everything.

Tim Porter answers any our questions in a timely manner. Having someone with that level of knowledge and experience makes it easy to explain what we need to get the jobs and work done on time.

We need MSO's quicker? Copies? We are paying for trucks but not getting MSO's in the proper manner. You need to change your process or hire additional help in the MSO/Title department. We are financing trucks and trailers and not getting these documents in 3-4 weeks is unacceptable. This isn't the first time we've addressed this issue?
