Worst customer service, terrible website. Their website had an error when purchasing the product which resulted in a bad product. When I notified them they said there was nothing they could do. I’m going to issue a chargeback if they can’t correct the error.

Order was never sent. When contacted, company stated we did not make an order with them, even though we provided the payment confirmation ID. DO not trust this company!!!!

do not use, run for the hills - overseas China nonsense. no customer service, and they do not stand behind their work. the customer should always be put first, and they could CARE LESS about the customer. telling you to gfy if you have any problems. save yourself the headache. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

LOL like all the other reviews their products they produce are SH!T The shirt looks nothing like what is advertised. Was so freaking annoyed when I received it. Definitely should have read the reviews first. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Ordered from this company and never received item , nobody has answered multiple emails. This is a SCAM

I ordered a shirt, I just received it and it did not come as advertised. The image on the shirt is extremely small. This is pissing me off. Why would you think a 5 by 5 image would look good on an extra large. are you kidding me? I spent my hard earned money on this as a gift. The image is tiny on a huge shirt. Either send me a new one with a bigger image covering majority of the front like it’s advertised or send me back my money please. Dissapointed. I guess that’s what I get for doing business with low budget, unoriginal wanna be businesses

Order made incorrectly, poor customer service

They keep deleting negative reviews.

My order had incorrect thread color (black instead of white) so it's barely visible on dark blue fabric and was done very poorly. The image is much, much smaller than pictured in online examples on their website. This was meant to be a memorial item, so very disappointing. Customer service offered 10% refund because it "could still be worn." Equally disappointing. On continuous emails I was able to get them to agree to redo the order correctly, but it has not been delivered yet and I fear it will again be done incorrectly.

Do not order from this company. Buyer beware

I was frustrated when I got my order. The cuts are quite poorly made compared to the pictures, the pieces don't even fit together nicely and leave lots of space between them. Not snug like in the sale picture at all. This was not worth the price. When I submitted a review on their website, I noticed all the other reviews were unverified! Only one person left a bad review before me, same day, so I'm expecti5they will likely delete my review with this same content above left on Sept 30, 2023, so I decided to post it here as well, hoping this helps other people.

The product did not look like what I received. When I left a bad "verified" review, along with another person who left a review right before me the reviews disappeared. They did not offer me a refund and blocked my email from the review section. I can no longer leave reviews and they didn't even attempt to reach out. For 50$ of a wood product you would think they would at least put some effort in. The wood was unsanded had pencil line marks on the wood, the names were mixed up which i double checked my order and I did put the names in the correct order because thats one of the things they "ask" is for name order so each sized elephant gets the name assigned to them.
